It's an apple, that's all I have to say. You get what you pay for that's why apple products cost more but good quality always cost more.

I have always had PC's before, but after having a iPad and iPhone and very happy with them, I wanted a MacBook. Decided on this one because I still wanted a hard drive and DVD drive. I am not disappointed. It only took a couple days to learn my way around a Mac.

Very fast, high quality graphics/display, easy to sync with my iPhone/ipad

This is our first Mac, and we are very pleased. Everything people told us about them is true. Our salesman was extremely helpful and patient with us, as we asked a lot of questions. We haven't had it very long, but so far we really love it and have no complaints.

My daughter has enjoyed this mac since Christmas morning. She had pre selected this as the computer she wanted and so far it has lived up to her expectations and experiences with an apple mac bookShe has no trouble finding a nice protective case for it on amazon.

I'm a happy Apple product owner since the mid-1990's. Apple simply makes superior products that outshine all other products. When teamed with Best Buy for sales and service, the buyer can only be satisfied that a great product will deliver beyond expectations. Thx...

Replaced an '08 MacBook and could not be more pleased with my purchase. Haven't encountered any problems.

My wife is set on Apple laptops even though 2 previous ones had hard drive crashes. This was a new one she used for less than 3 months and this one crashed already!!!!

I had trouble figuring out the differences at first, but with in a few hours I felt like a pro! I always considered myself a PC person, but now I am a apple girl! User friendly and I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love my MacBook! Although they are pricey, they are so worth it. I purchased mine in 2012 when I was starting college and it still works without a hitch to this day. Apple knows how to make good quality products that will last.

Rough to get it started but after downloading all the apps needed for my work and schooling along with Microsoft for mac, it is the most convenient product for me.

Great laptop, no issues so far but everyone knows you pay for the name not the software. Easy to learn though.

I am a self-professed apple person, but I was not always one. The macbook pro has converted me with its easy to use functionality, and able to easily sync with my iPhone. The general experience has been head and shoulders more enjoyable than I ever had with a PC.

I now have two MACs: a desktop and a Macbook Pro for portability. I would never go back to a pc. I use the free iPhoto and IMovie programs almost every day. Easy to learn and easy to use, even for a older, retired guy like me, Great service by Best Buy!

Great product. Apple stands by their product if anything goes wrong or you don't like it unlike window who will charge you all these crazy fees before they even know what's wrong with it. I'll never buy a windows computer again after the Mac expierence.

So tired of pc problems. No issues.now. the mac pro loads quickly and is wonderful to work with.

I've had 3 different home computers since 2000. I've used a home MAC computer from 2008 +/- to present and LOVE IT ! Dec 2012 we got a Windows 8 Toshiba lap top and in 5 minutes I was ready to throw it out the window. I gave it 2 weeks of A LOT of time trying to figure out all the squares. It was returned and I am Now the proud owner of a NEW MACBOOK PRO and THRILLED !

I purchased this Macbook as a Christmas present for my son. He's been struggling with an HP notebook for a couple of years, and this was a perfect replacement/upgrade for him. He was thrilled to open it on Christmas day. The pre-Christmas price was fantastic.
