This is the first Apple product I have used or purchased. I am planning on purchasing Apple products going forward. It is a little difficult navigating but, that is just because I am new to these products. I love the sleek look, the retina display is awesome!

This computer is good at doing things that other computers and laptops do. Its also not very hard to use.

I love my new Mac. It's been a bit of adjustment after being on a PC for 15 years but I'm learning with help from my son! I use an external mouse (wireless) because I'm not so good with the touch pad.

This is the 2nd time I've purchased a MacBook Pro in 4 years, although the first one was for my son at college. The MacBook Pro is simply top notch - I love it's numerous features.

I LOVE MY NEW MAC. HAVE ALWAYS HAD WINDOWS PRODUCTS. GREAT TO GO WITH MY IPHONE & IPAD. AN ADJUSTMENT FROM WINDOWS OFFICE - WISH IT WAS EASIER AS FAR AS CREATING DOCUMENTS. & IT IS NOT THE BEST WITH MY AOL, BUT I AM LEARNING & I DO LOVE IT OTHERWISE.

Computer is not as user friendly as previous models owned. It is also very slow at start-up.

We originally bought an ASUS laptop but after months of having to send it in for the same repair, we were refunded our money & purchased this instead. its a bit heavy because of cd rom drive, but nothing that bothers us. love this!!!

First MAC completed 4 years of college with no issues. Little more expensive but less problems than PC's.

Our Sony laptop broke, so this seemed like a great chance to change over to a Mac. Though the price is a bit higher, it is worth it for the sturdy product. Workflow is much better on OSX. Love it and would encourage others to take the leap to change over.

This is an expensive laptop, but it is definitely a quality product. I've been an iPhone user for years, and would never consider using anything else. Now, I'm hooked on my MacBook Pro, and I don't think I'll ever purchase another IBM compatible laptop again.

This is the ideal gift for our daughters transition into teaching as a senior at UNT. The timely state of the arts technology offers her the convenience and tools to conduct school and student teachings activities expeditiously and assurance. Thank You!!!

Bought this for my mom. She loves it but she's still learning how to use a Mac. Already she's made great progress though as this is a much more stable PC than a Windows box that is constantly bombarded with malware every time she uses Internet Explorer...

While it is an open box item (which suggests a certain amount of uncertainty), it's great to know that that can get you many dollars off. It's basically the same machine I have at work only with much updated software and lots of space for storage and working.

The computer and it's operating system are seductively easy to intuit--which CAN get me into trouble--though nothing catastrophic. I would probably learn more, faster, if I walked through a Dummies manual with it, but it's just so fun to jump in and play!

I recently purchased the Wii U and Beats from Best Buy. both products are great. I was able to price match the Wii U -thanks with the help of my sales rep. I will go to bestbuy for all my electronic products. The manager Tim was great and helpful

Great laptop older model with all necessary attachments

I actually bought this computer for my son. I was on it a short time, but really liked it. Thinking about one for me on my next computer purchase. I really like the graphics. A little pricey, but it is an Apple. Hopefully, it will last my son a long time.

The story employees were helpful and answered all our questions. Even the labels at the store made it easy to sort thru the various models to pin down which item to purchase. Instructions accompanying the item were easy to understand. the picture is clear.

This is a great laptop to own. Long battery life, just heavy and hard to get used to the weight of it.

Nice Computer for the money. Easy to understand. A nice step up from my last apple. (Speed and Quality)
