I love this laptop. Does the duties i need done. ^_~

This is first time I buy a Mac computer. It is much better than PCs. Rarely the computer stuck, no need for antivirus, microsoft office works perfect, I can update my calender and reminders with other apple devices and smooth keyboard.

I purchased this computer after hearing great reviews from my peers and wanting to get a computer to replace my PC. I have had no problems in the first several weeks of owning it and have adapted quickly to the operating system.

Great laptop for a college student, reliable, good size memory, great screen.

This was my first MAC and was very excited about my purchase. Love the fact that I can go into a Apple store and sign up for classes to learn more about my MAC. My friend took me into the Best Buy store to make my purchase on my MAC

I am still trying to figure out the Mac. It works nicely. Glad I purchased this product.

For a first time Mac user who was switching from Windows based systems. I was worried about not being able to navigate the interface. So far, my experience with Apple is excellent.

My Mac has given me no trouble at all. I learn something new about it everyday and it continues to serve my needs in the best way possible.

This laptop is perfect for my daughter to carry around in her backpack with her books around campus. It's not as light or thin as the Air, but the trade off for smaller/lighter versus (slightly) bigger/practical is minimal.

I love the MacBook. Even though I have an Iphone and IPad, I had a hard time figuring out how to work everything. I bought MacBook for Dummies and it has been awesome. I look forward to learning more about the capabilities of it.

It's a great laptop. I still have a lot to learn about it but it has been great so far.

The system is not that user friendly. Not what I was told and very hard to use

Easier to learn then I thought since I have an iPhone...the Apple Store has classes on operating the Mac which is a real plus...the sales rep in the computer dept; Matthew J. Rubene; did a great job for me!!

MacBook Pro was an excellent choice for us. We bought two of them so we didn't have to share. We are now able to sync our iPads with them and also have wireless printing capabilities...we are members of the technology generation.

owned an old MacBook previously, chose to upgrade. This laptop is worth buying, if you aren't into photography I suggest getting this one as opposed to the retna display.

I purchased this as a open box. The computer has been great but I fear the time when something goes wrong. Apple says that it has been previously owned and they won't let me buy the insurance. The store tried to apply the insurance when I purchased it and thier machine would not let them and I was told I could just call and add it my self. Yeah that didn't work either.

This is a great computer but not worth the steep price. The features are nice but it is way more computer than anyone probably going to need. And don't be blinded by how easy the iPad is to use the Apple PC operating system makes no sense. It is completely un-intuitive. Three finger swipe, four finger swipe? You still have no idea how to save a document. And this is not just me. Several of my family members that have purchased Macbooks have expressed the same frustration. You probably use 30% of the Macbooks functionality. Save a lot of money and get a Windows 8 ultrabook.

My daughter opted to get this versus a retina display model as she did not want to fool with an external CD /DVD player. Screen resolution is still excellent, She quickly made the transition from a PC laptop without any trouble.

Overall good system except for the performance is sluggish with multiple applications open. My old Macbook was faster overall. Even with knowing my way around a Mac I can't seem to figure out how to make it perform snappier.
