If I were to shop with my brain shut, I would buy a Mac because you dont need to think about anything. Just go and buy it and you wont be disappointed. Beautiful display, beautiful OS all packed in a beautiful body

Love it. Glad to grab the remaining of Macbook Pro with built in DVD because I just found out that Apple decided that Macbook Pro will come out without built in DVD which is the worst stupid decision in the world!

After using Windows XP for a number of years I find it a little difficult to get up to speed with using a new operating system. My daughters recommended the MacBook Pro instead of the new Windows 8 and so far I haven't had any major issues. There is a bit of sticker shock at first however, after having this for a month now, it isn't as big an issue as the quality is excellent.

I love my Macbook , it took me a little bit to figure it out but I love it.

I got this computer for school. I was nervous at first because of the price and hearing that sometimes they are not "compatible". I have had no compatibility issues, and feel like it was worth spending the money!

Honestly I would never buy a computer that isn't a mac anymore. I went for the Pro over the air because the CD disk drive seemed like something worth having.

Apple has always been brand of choice. My first laptop was a Dell and I loved it. But ever since switching to Apple, i'll never chose a different brand. Perfect for college, and every day use.

Was a Apple user until having to switch to Windows because of school work for my daughter fifteen years ago. Now I am back and very happy that I made the move. Coordinates well with all my other apple products.

I recently purchased this MBP for price and HDD space. The last time I used a MBP was in spring of 2008. What a great difference. I plan to connect my other Apple devices to it. Thank you .

Excellent laptop, it gets a little slow sometimes so it might be a good idea to upgrade it to an 8GB processor. If you can do it yourself I would recommend it.

She lasted. I try my best to take care of all my electronics considering the expense. Ok happy this MacBook has lasted this long and still runs perfectly well.

After considering a more affordable PC laptop for college, we decided to stick with what we know and shelled out for the Mac. We definitely made the right choice. This is yet another fantastic product from Apple.

i would recommend macbook pro if you want to try something rather than windows, little pricy but worth the money. I'm still learning about the interface and enjoying it already, and sure that there is more to it.

Bought laptop for my college student child. He is comfortable with the brand and it allows him to seamlessly make the transition from high school to college.

This computer is great for the basics... I'm not very tech savvy so I just wanted something that would last that I can use for my business... Once I learn more about my Mac I'm sure I will love it even more!

Took some getting use to but am understanding how to use the apps and programs. This is my first mac notebook, but I'm happy I made the leap. I downloaded MS Office for Mac and I have everything I want. I don't think I'm gonna look back at PCs. Can't wait to maximize graphics and video capabilities.

This is the best computer on earth. I was a PC user, but had to buy a Mac for work - it didn't take me long to get used to and fall in love with it. I now have a second one - same exact model - for home.

My son's laptop was stolen from his car and I needed a replacement fast. The convenience of Best Buy matched with Apple pricing made this a simple choice. The sales rep was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

This laptop is a bit heavy but worth it. Bet Buy locally does not carry enough accessories for it though. Definitely a mind set change after only sung Microsoft products. Do wish it had a ten key on keyboard but that was the next budget up.
