First let me say I am a PC well until my teens went apple and little by little, the iPod, the iPhone the iPad my PC home was taken over. When it came time to replace my laptop I opted for apple to keep up the communication with the other items. OMG why did I not own an apple before!? It is lightweight, sleek, FAST intuitive easy to operate right out of the box. No hesitation to recommend

My overall experience purchasing my Macbook Pro, to taking it home and setting it up was nothing short of easy. So pleased with Bestbuy and my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

This is a great computer, there was a factory recall on the battery however which was annoying. It was replaced with a brand new one which works great!

This is not the first apple product I have purchased from best buy, and let me just say they are sub-par. I bought this computer and started using it a few weeks later. within 2 months i had to take it to an apple store to have the battery replaced. even after the battery was replaced, it still does not work properly, which means there is something wrong with the machine. the computer also crashes on me often, which has never happened on my other mac computer. Another thing: the kaspersky that i received with this purchase caused my computer irreparable damage, and the computer does not function properly since i installed it, and therefore i uninstalled it, but the problems persist. To sum this all up. I am SUPERBLY unhappy, and disappointed with the quality of apple products i purchase in best buy, and i will Gd willing never buy another apple product from them again. and i will definitely thing FOUR times before I purchase any electronics from best buy again.

Completely different experience from a windows user. Seems harder to navigate and everything is smaller. I get frustrated a few times from not knowing where to go and what to do next even on a simple task. I have to invest a lot of time to learn it. On the positive side. it feels like a solid machine, and well constructed. I will stick to it and get use to OS X.

I bought this for my husband for his birthday. He was using our old XP laptop and complaining of the quality and the speed of youtubes. Now he's using this every day to check on his hobby (bowling).

Light weight. Starts up quick. Good display. No problems as of yet.

I think when you are paying $1400 for a new laptop you expect it to last over the warranty. As most computers I’ve purchased, it did not. The disc drive has failed after just over a year despite having it in a protective case and only using it for graduate school, and I’m now faced with hundreds of dollars to replace the faulty disc and neither Apple or Best Buy is accountable. Save your money. Apple is NOT any better than your cheaper brand units. Don’t waste your money, you will be replacing it anyways so get the cheaper one. Paying more doesn’t mean your getting a better computer! And unless your an avid gamer, the speeds don’t make much of a difference in browsing online. Very disappointed in both Apple and Best Buy. As a student, I really didn’t have the money to buy another and get stuck paying for this costly repair (I’ve had to buy three laptops in 5 years)!

Never owned a Mac before. Took a little getting used to but after that it's great. The only thing I hated was having to buy adapters for the television and such because it does not have an HDMI port.

Switched from PC to MAC. Learning curve is easy. Computer is fast.

Consider myself a novice, but with the online support, i am very happy with my MacBook Pro. In addition, the purchase 18 month plan with no interest made the more expensive Apple option affordable.

Nice computer for this price and come with DVD. After you used computer or IPad with Retina you will realize how nice it is. Here you see pixels.

I love my new Mac, however the financing of the computer was made extremely difficult by Best Buy, they don't accept gift cards, cash or check only...strange for this day and age.

it took me several weeks to decide if i wanted it or not finally went in and said i want it going to use for traveling. it has every thing i need to make the trip better my sales people are excellent

We are only buying Apple products now due to the quality and programming. We've never had a virus on any of our MacBooks! Screens are easy to navigate and programs are user friendly. Great buy!!

I love this computer, I have a 15" of my own and we got my wife a 13. Love Love Love this Mac Book Pro. Yes there are less expensive laptops out there but none that are the quality of a Mac.
