I decided it was time to upgrade my Windows computer for school. I opted for the disk drive version with a lot more memory over the retina model. I love the computer and highly recommend it. A+ quality and performance as expected by Apple.

this laptop has everything a student needs for class work and game time. It is small enough to carry from class to dorm yet large enough not to cause fatigue from looking at a tiny screen.

The computer was easy to set up and to sync with my Ipad4-RD and Iphone6. The size is perfect with the CD Rom, and has been very useful for the business activities that I undertake everyday.

I've had this computer for about a month. I bought it during the Black Friday sale because it was sold at a great price. Since I'm not use to using a MAC, it will take me a moment to learn the ins and outs of the computer to become proficient. Luckily, it has tutorials to help me get started. The tutorials appeared shortly after registering the computer. I hope to get some free time soon to get started. So far I liked what was illustrated in the tutorial that discussed the computer’s capabilities. It has a lot of great features such as, reducing the size of a file to send it out to another user. The only limitation is it can only be sent to another MAC user or to a user that is using the program that reduced the file size. Please do not quote me on this feature. This is was I recall reading in the tutorial and I read it a couple of weeks ago.

This computer is light weight and fast. My daughter loves using it and is well pleased with it.

this computer is a great computer. it's rather pricie but it is worth the price. I bought the geek squad policy for replacement though that covers all damage because apple warranty doesn't cover accidental damage and for a computer of this caliber, its worth the money. the computer is sleek, not to heavy and I enjoy it very much

This is our 2nd Mac (1st lasted 6 years) and we can't be happier. The ease of use of OS X converted us from windows which seem more like throw away machines anyway. Pay a little extra now and you won't have to buy a new computer every year.

I waited quite a while before purchasing a new laptop, but I'm glad I did. And, I'm especially glad that I didn't go with something inferior because of a lower price. With the lure of a $200 discount in place on Black Friday, purchasing this MacBook Pro was the best decision I could have made. All of the Apple laptops were of the highest quality, but the MacBook Pro is the leader of their group. It has all of the features I was looking for, and although I would have liked the Retina display the output on this unit is nonetheless excellent. Other features such as a CD/DVD drive and an IR port are important to me, and although you can add external items as optional equipment it's way more convenient to have them built in. Finally, the track pad is by far superior to everything else out there. Hope this helps.

This is the second MacBook Pro I have purchased and I am very happy with the reliability and longevity of this laptop computer. It costs more to purchase, but over time you really see what a bargain this is compared to a Windows laptop.

Best laptop I have ever owned. Super fast, the battery life is a bit weak but I charge it every night before bed so no issue for me about the same as a standard laptop. Screen quality is outstanding and the speed of the unit is excellent.

Love this computer. Is fast and easy to use. And love it even more for the picture editing.

Once you get an Apple, you'll never go back to another brand of computing. This is as good or better than then the two Apples I've had (over at least a 10 year period) that aged out much later than other laptops we've had in the family.

I love this laptop. Purchased a MacBook Pro 5 years ago and it worked great. I just wanted to purchase a new one bec I just wanted an upgrade.

This computer is top quality in my opinion. It is light, easy to use and visually appealing.

I switched to a Mac after having an HP for years and I must say I'm glad I did! Though it's a huge difference, I find my Mac a lot easier to manage. What I do find myself missing from an HP, Mac makes up for in other ways. I love it!

I got the computer most of all because of the price and tax free weekend. The laptop works great for what I need at college. It is fast and lightweight.

I've been wanting a MacBook and should have purchased this instead of the different brand. IBeing a college student, this fits perfectly into both my busy school and private life. The price also fit my budget! I couldn't be happier!

I never had a Mac so I decided to get one to see what was the big hype about it. Now I really love it run smoother something to it doesn't lag etc. I won't be going back to any PC
