This computer is great for the cost. My wife is a school etcher and does everything she needs with ease.

My first Mac and will never go back to a windows PC. Loved using it from day one.

This MacBook Pro MD101LL/A is great. It is the last of its kind from Apple that still has optical drive and ethernet port. I bought it from BestBuy on 12/2/2013 because it was on sale and because of its misleading information, which stated that the OS is 10.9 Maverick. As of today, 1/3/2014, BestBuy website, under the "Specification" still listed the OS as 10.9 Maverick. This is NOT true!!!! The laptop I got is 10.8 Mountain Lion (upgradable to Maverick), not 10.9. They should've stated as "10.8 Mountain Lion with free upgrade to Maverick." I took it in to my local BestBuy store, and the customer service rep said that there's nothing they can do unless I want to return the item!

Very happy with this purchase! This is my first Apple computer. I also own iPad and iPhone all products work well together.

The touchpad on a Macbook works like a touchscreen, with multi-touch gestures, just without the constant screen cleaning.

i use this macbook everyday for music, internet, photos and playing with videos. but this is great to carry so much music.

too many features that I have not learned otherwise a great product. Could have got the same apple a lot cheaper ($300 cheaper) because it was refurbished but best buy gave me zero interest for 12 months. I needed it right now for school.

You turn it on, set it up, and it works just like it is supposed to work.

Still liked that it had an optical drive and 500 gig hard drive. If I have any second thoughts about the purchase, it's the display. Nowhere near as good as a Retina display. Would only recommend it if you can find it on sale.

Love the computer, but Apple's One on One service is only available if you purchase from their website or retail store.

This is a great computer. My kids were so excited I bought it. I love being able to sync my iPhones and iPads with it.
