I love apple product. This is my second MacBook, the first one lasts 5 years. There is one problem, the tracking pad is not sesitive enough. Sometimes, there is no response after you touch the tracking pad.

My daughter wanted this computer due to DVD/CD capabilities. She loves the computer and it works great for her school works and of course her social media. Great computer and awesome service support.

This was my first mac. The computer is nice but not for the money. I think a typical PC would have been just as good and would have been much less. I was pretty unhappy with the service at best buy. One guy who helped wasn't a salesman and told me he would help set it up and walk me through how to use it but then we never saw him again. I simply paid for the computer and left. No one showed me how to use it as promised and I think next time I would buy directly from the apple store where you can get some help or rather just buy it online of no one at best buy is going to help you anyway.
