    Purchased the Macbook Pro because of it's high rating from Consumers Report and the reputation of Apple products. Wish the products were priced like other PCs so that more people could afford them.

    For me, it came down to the cost vs. the quality. If you love your other Apple products, which I do, it is probably worth it. However, I am still getting used to the Office-less work production.

    I'm over 50 and had to ask my son how to use it. can't figure out the down loads and how to erase some things. Never had a problem with my P.C. I was advised to buy this because rarely gets viruses
