I needed a new MacBook Pro to replace my old one. Great MacBook for the price. It's the last model of its generation but does the same things as the newer generation MacBook Pro.

Wasn't sure that I was going to like the smaller screen, transitioning from a desktop monitor. But is actually better in some ways and now have the ability to transport which is great.

The laptop runs so smoothly and came with the updated software. It was brand new and included all that it said it would. Very easy to use or learn how to use. Great product from Apple.

My wife was looking for a Mac that would handle all of her music and graphic applications, but be small enough to carry around. She is very happy with the purchase, and uses it daily.

The MacBook Pro is a excellent laptop, my kids both enjoy them and are able to do so much on them. Have bought other laptops in the past and this one by far is worth the money!

This is my first mac laptop. I love it. People always say that if you have been using windows system for a long time, you won't be used to mac system. However, for me, I don't see that part. I get to be familiar with mac system very fast. Now I love using my macbook all the time. and it's very good that if you have an iphone. You can send message and answer your phone through mac now. I recommend this too people who love apple stuff.

I bought this laptop for my daughter, who is entering first year high school. It should have enough computing power to take her well into college. I like macs because they are well laid out and very intuitive to use. You don't have to be a network engineer to get it up and going. I am, but my daughter definitely isn't! The combination of a sturdy platform, is complimented by Apple's IOS. We bought it with the Microsoft Office add on, so it provides everything that my daughter is familiar with from school. The App Store ensures that it will be able expand to meet her future needs. The compact size means that it shouldn't be a burden to haul in a backpack. The initial cost is high, but it should pay for itself in the long run. All in all, it is a good deal for the money.

I love the feel of the keyboard and the fact that it is backlit. I can work with it on my lap and it does not get hot. The layout of the apps on the keyboard is also very handy.

Replacement laptop for my daughter who is college freshman. She has been using an apple laptop since middle school and hasn't had any problems with them in over seven years.

I've used windows my whole life and I was blown away with this Mac. I am a college student and I open it up use it, close it, move locations, open it up again and use it. That is something you can't do with other laptops. It also has a great ability to multitask and switch your applications between desktops. This MacBook Pro is the best laptop I have ever owned. I definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a laptop for school, work, etc.

For a really old laptop it really fast and durable

everything about this laptop is great. The size is perfect and the sound is extremely awesome. Compared to all of the other laptops that I've had in the past is that theres no comparison. Cost is higher than any other but the value that you're getting is just incomparable. Theres so many things that I can use this far and I'm sure that i will never learn everything that this thing offers. May be the last laptop hat i will ever need.

I went from a PC with windows 7 to this MacBook Pro and I couldn't be happier, it's so much faster and so much easier to use. Honestly they seem expensive but you really do get what you pay for with electronics, so it's worth it, plus with the best buy credit card you get 18 months to pay it off so like $65 a month which isn't bad. Also with geek squad protection I'm not afraid of wasting my money because I'm protected if there's an accident.

I love this laptop. It's a bit smaller than my previous laptops and always have had Windows PC's so took a little adjustment getting used to menus and formats. But very user friendly so didn't take long to get things set up, and there's always so much help through Apple Care. I was even able to transfer my favorites and contacts from my Windows PC. Everything works so smooth. When I replace my Windows desktop it's going to be the iMac for sure.
