Getting started was EXTREMELY frustrating & hard.

What was presented in the sales pitch, was not present in the delivery of service, by Best Buy or by Apple. Apple, however, was more helpful, though some of the techs were not very knowledgeable & ill-equipped to handle some of my questions & problems.

Needed the disc drive and not retinal display

Has been stable but SUPER slow

However, after 5 years and for $1,000 it is nearly unusable at this point as it takes minutes (like, click on it then go make a cup of coffee and then MAYBE it will be opened when you get back) to open apps such as Safari or Numbers....
