Already had to take it in & now they have to send it to Apple. My daughter took it in on 12-12-16 & was going to exchange it & they told her it could not be because it was over 15 days. Somebody didn't know how to do their job. We have until Jan. 15th. !!!!

Love the Computer. Best Buy; Not so much...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I called BB about the charger going out on this $1,000 item I just bought from them, was told they couldn't replace it because I didn't buy their overly priced extended service warranty..... Really?! So I had to go to Apple and buy an $80 new one.... Don't think I'll be buying from BB again. Which, BTW, that day I had purchased a camera as well, spent over $2500.

You get what you pay for

But the reality is that you get what you pay for, and what you are going to get with this is a powerful little machine that allows you to do what you want quickly and efficiently. I'm a designer, so it's quite often that I have sizable files open across a multitude of programs, plus internet searches open at the same time, and this machine easily keeps up. My previous Macbook lasted five years before it died, which is pretty good in laptop years. Highly recommend this product, although I have to warn you that once you buy one, you will never be able to work with a cheaper machine.
