5 hours with Apple support and still doesn't work

Spent 5 hours on phone with Apple support and ISP and the email still doesn't work. Now the machine will not shut down, can not exit mail so the mac stays on continuously. Does not respond well at all. Not a good apple experience.

My old Mac book could no longer upgrade browsers or anything else so I bought a Mac book pro and it repeatedly frustrates me by changing screen size etc. Apple wake up and realize that senior citizens don't like all these changes
