I love my MAC. I upgraded from a late 2008 white MacBook and I can tell the performance difference and it looks fantastic. It's a little more pricy than a PC but the rumors are true that they last forever and never get viruses.

This was my first macbook and it has exceeded my expectations. I dont think I can go back to the other competitor products

Coming from the PC world has been fun and easy. Main use is email and Facebook and web. Have looked for a long time and talked to many people about MacBook Pro. So glad I made the switch.

Do not purchase this model!!! It's a slow "Mid 2012" model. They don't make this known on the website. They expect you to go digging to determine that Model: MD101LL/A was made 4 years ago. Apple markets and sells their computers by name and specs -- not model numbers. Even the rep at the local store said she wonders why Apple & BB continue to sell this computer. Car dealerships don't sell you a 2012 model in 2016. Why is Apple & BB still selling 4 year old computers? Maybe because they overproduced? At the very least, sell them for closeout prices, not $1100. For some reason, Apple and BB are continuing to sell it as NEW. It may be new, but it's a 4 year old computer that's incredibly slow. My iPhone 6 is faster than this thing. On top of it, we purchased BB's Black Friday deal with an open box model with the notion that it was a floor model. Turns out it's refurbished -- an overpriced refurbished computer. We've been using it for one week and the battery already needs to be charged after 2-3 hours of use. Unfortunately, BB won't do anything about it because their "hands are tied" by Apple. They sent me to Apple to deal with it. This is after 4 times on the phone and once in the store.

best computer I ever used fast, bugless, easy to use worth paying more for something that will not accumulate bugs everyday. I expect this computer will last me 10 years, my last laptop lasted only 2 before I could to use it anymore. I also have a new HP and I can see the issues popping up on it (the HP).

I have purchased many laptops and this one beats them all. I use it constantly everyday!! Best buy I ever made!!

It was recommended by a family member. It was actually a gift but I picked it myself. I love this computer.

I bought this in October 2012 for my first year of college. Nothing is wrong with this Mac, I went with this one because I was going to a college that mainly used Mac's. I love it and use it every day. I wear many bracelets and I was surprised that I didn't have any scratches from typing with my bracelets on. The outside does not have any scratches on it and neither does the inside. I would also bring it to class every day and take notes, it was very useful and it helped me study. The only thing I was worried about was not having a number pad, since I have always had one, but after a few weeks of not having a number pad I was used to the idea. I am looking forward to my second year of college with my MacBook!

I purchased this machine about 6 months ago and so far im very pleased. currently running Adobe Photoshop, Auto CAD, Google Chrome browser, and a beta version of Revu Bluebeam PDF program. Very fast and reliable on all programs.

I was first introduced to Mac products when I started my current job and have slowly been upgrading my own devises. I love Macs and won't be going back anytime soon. This Macbook is just as great as my HUGE Mac I use at work. Highly recommend. Yes the cost is higher than a PC but they last so much longer!!

I reluctantly went in and bought a brand new computer for the first time in my life and I do not regret it.

Was a gift for wife and she loves it. Uses it mainly for web surfing and occasional gaming. Will have to purchase Microsoft Office to get some use out of it. This machine runs smooth and is always running in top shape. Recommended Apple Macbooks

Bought my first Mac to use in my DJ rig. I made the switch from a PC which gave me headache after headache trying to configure it with my DJ software. This was literally plug and play! I installed the DJ software, plugged in my controller and was up and running in no time and haven't had one issue yet. Apple has won me over with the quality and stability of this product! This is my first Mac purchase and most definitely won't be the last.

I love the computer. It's fast, high quality and worth every penny. Only downfall is that it gets refreshed every year.

Im a Nursing major in college and i would definitely recommend to anyone! I had a DELL before after 4 years, shut down and crashing etc. free of problems like viruses and lagging. so people buy a Macbook! regardless of a PRO or an AIR!

I finally gave in an bought myself a mac and i love it! its so easy to use and has great features!

I actually went into Best Buy for this laptop (service was amazing). Got it for the discounted price. Pros: Set up was easy, hassle free. Flawless condition. Easy to type on, you don't have to press the keys too hard. Pictures look quite nice. Doesn't take too long to start up, sleep and waking it up are instantaneous. Lots of space Doesn't get hot. (I've been using it now on and off for about 5 hours, just surfing the web) Cons: Barely any! I had to nit pick just to find a few. When I first started it up apps took a while to start up (10-15 seconds) as apposed for it to pop up right away. The screen is VERY prone to fingerprints. (If you're a clean freak, you will constantly be whipping the screen) The power cord piece, (the part you plug into the wall) is big. It takes up an awful lot of room in the outlet. You cant plug anything else in, if your laptop is in. Again, I'm nit picking on negative things to say. Overall outstanding laptop. Very pleased. Great for school and whatever else!

Computer is good. I like make dvds. I like make cds. Computer can do it. Good computer.

Helped my mother in law pick this out. It was a good deal as an older model plus a further discount for open box. She needed a card reader and disc drive which the Air didn't provide. She's happy with it.

I recently bought this laptop since my hp was a bit old and giving me trouble. I absolutely love it even though $1000 and something is a bit to much for myself since I use it only for entertainment but its worth every $1
