The Last of the Macbook Pro models that you can upgrade; the ram can go up to 16 Gb and also you can turn the swap the hard drive with a solid state drive. Very neat!

What can I say, I have a iMac, my wifes pc was getting very slow, thought bout getting another one to save money, but down the road another pc probably would goto crapola with maleware and viruses. Best buy had a black friday deal of 200 bucks off. She has been using my iMac for school and really like it. So we got a mac book pro. Very easily set up in, email, printer and wifi in minutes. Email was a cinch, just needed her name email addy and password. I know I will never go back to pc, I don't think she will either. It is very fast start up and shut down, bout 4 times faster. Bottom line, you will not go wrong with a Mac of some sort

Cant complain more. Apple is a great product. I would give it all 5 stars if this was priced a bit lower... I am glad I bought this on sale when it was $150 off... Too bad the tax was ridiculously high, close to about $70+. Basically to put in retrospective, this was on sale $75 off its original price. LOL! Booooooo tax.

Really great product. Very fast with accessing apps and internet. Perfer photo viewer on windows, but everything else is much better.

You cant ever go wrong with buying mac products, my old one lasted me a long time and i got this for my daughter.

The one reason I don't give it a five star is that the battery life does not last as long as I would like.

We committed to buy a Macbook Pro for each of our 3 granddaughters when they graduated from 8th grade as a computer is required in their high school. This is the second of three. Our first granddaughter who received hers two years ago has the laptop glued to her hip and uses it every day in school and at home. She Facetimes from NC to her cousins in NY and they do homework together. How cool is that?

The MacBook is very easy to use and many of the things I used to do on a pc, I can do now on a Mac. Love the Macbook!

The 8MB memory computer was discontinued. Went with the 4MB at the recommendation of the Geek Squad. Have had no issues and saved money. Happy, Happy, Happy!

In less then a year i had to bring my computer to get it fix 2 times already very disappointed

My toshiba broke and I was tired of all my PC's breaking so I thought I would try a mac this time. I absolutely love it. I'm glad I ordered it through best buy because I got $200 off. I don't know why it says it can't be ordered because I ordered it. Maybe I ordered the last one? Lol. The only downside... it came with a scrape on the bottom. I know it's not a big deal, but it's pretty annoying if you're like me. People were telling me "you can't even see the pixels!", well I must have pretty darn good eyes because I sure can. But, I love it nonetheless. Never will buy a PC again.

This was my first macbook purchase and i must say I'm very pleased. I use this thing for everything now. it takes some getting used to coming from 14+ years of using windows. So far my experience has been great and don't plan on going back. it syncs notes, calendars, contacts, iMessages and many more things with my iPhone 5s and my iPad air. what more could i ask for?

I bought this computer to replace a laptop. I will say it has been a lot more challenging than I though. After using it for several week I was able to find things a lot easier than at first. I love that I can answer text and other things while surfing the web.

I have been a pc guy for over 10 yrs, and switching to a MAC was a big concern for me, but MAC is way better than pc, this computer is fun to use with this incredible system tht it has. A must buy uf you aré a MAC user, or even a pc user, great display, keyboard light is amazing, functions.... Everything. A++ the speakers are alright, not the best quality, but it does the job.

This is my first Mac I have ever owned. I don't know why I waited longer. If u are looking for a good laptop, MacBook pro is the way to go!!!!
