I bough Mac Pro for my daughter at Best Buy Woodruff road Greenville SC. Next day she was transferring her files using a flash drive and Mac stopped working as soon as drive was inserted. Mac was dead with no power and not even showing power light if charged. Went to best buy and they could do nothing but were kind to replace the Mac within no time. The same flash drive was working fine with my Dell & HP laptops and was virus free. Again while using a different flash drive, the new Mac was dead again with no power show. Again I had to return this and got a new one from Best Buy. They were very prompt in replacing but did not have any expertise to check what went wrong! The third one is working fine. I am very disappointed with Mac Pro and it looks like the quality has taken a nose dive. Can not recommend this product unless I know what went wrong with them while using the flash drive.

Since I use Final Cut Pro, I had to purchase another MacBook Pro after my 2009 15 inch was stolen. I decided to go for the 13 inch because I travel a lot, don't like to check bags and wanted something lighter. Although it's a bit annoying to use the smaller screen when editing, you can get used to it. Another bonus is that since the MacBook came preloaded (not sure if that's a new standard), I don't have to worry about storing all those discs.

I was so excited to get this computer because I had heard such wonderful things about it. We have had it for 9 months and it looks like we are going to have to take it back to Best Buy again because the charger is giving us problems…again. For the second time in six months the charger has stopped charging the computer, it only keeps the battery from losing charge. Also, I don't feel like the apps are user friendly. I have no idea how to operate iMovie and iPhoto any more than to create a basic video and I'm not a computer novice. I also don't like how you can't right click to save images or create folders to save images and files like you can on a Dell (which is what our last computer was). I just felt that I should have received more for our money. It also has a volume level that is so bad that when both the computer and the video volumes are turned up to the max I have to use headphones and still have difficulty hearing everything said in the movie, even with everything else in the house turned off.

Recently converted back to a MAC. This item is simple to use and set up after some quick getting use to. It is more expensive than a PC.

I've only had it for a few days and it works great. I've loaded my movies, music, and pictures on it and so far so good...

Recently bought the mac pro 4 G wanting to up grade to 8 G. I was not told the upgrade was not compadible with the apple mac. My apple mac pro kept locking up and making noises. I would have to manually shut it down to clear it. Had to take it to an apple store to uninstall the upgrade and use there version to correct the problem. In long story short. The apple computer is great as long you DO NOT UPGRADE IT from an non apple store

This is my first mac and I do not like the caps lock button because I have to press several times to do its function. Sometimes it works well and others do not

This laptop is perfect for my husband who takes it to and from work and out when in court or on appointments.

This is a good laptop for most users, unless they need some advanced specs. I must admit mine randomly runs a little slow sometimes (momentary lapses) but otherwise it runs great. I do think MacBooks are overpriced, but if you're willing and able to this is worth it. I'd recommend this to anyone who isn't going to need more advanced specs.

Apple is the best! Do yourself and the rest of us a favor and get a mac. Then we won't have to deal with Microsoft anymore.

I love my macbook, I love the fact that I haven't had any issues with this laptop for years & I have never ever had any virus protection except to actually check the laptop. If you are starting to transition to apple products, get the laptop first & you'll fall in love.

I have bought this laptop from bestbuy. I absolutely love this laptop. No problems at all and Best Buy team is great answering any questions. I would never switch back to PC. Cannot go wrong with this laptop!!

this is an awesome tool. I keep all of my calendar information and work for charity work that I do every year. It is so easy to carry it with me and use it like a tablet and keep everything in one spot. This is my third ipad and it is my favorite.

I am happy that I made the switch to MAC. Has more available than any PC.

I love my mac. I have always been a PC user until i started to hear great things about apple computes. Yes, it is more expensive than a PC however, it is so worth it. Since mac's are different than PC's it took me a while to get use to it. NO REGRETS!

This computer is all i will ever need..... besides my iPhone, iPad, iPod, apply tv box, and my ihome speaker or beats audio headphones to project their sounds, thanks Apple for making the best products that will ever exist!!!!!!!!!

This is by far the best computer I have owned. And I love it. I'm a student at high school and it works great. I use it for everything and the only complaint I have is the ram but that is a cheap upgrade. And it's worth it.

It is worth the money spent. If you care for what you buy then buy a mac, it will not be disappointed. Everything is so cool, the display, the touchpad, the software, OS, etc.
