This is my first Apple product. I have always been a windows user since that is what my work has. I'm still getting used to the laptop. The 13 inch is the right size. It is light weight and easy to carry around. Since I'm new to Apple, it will take me some time to find the same ways I have been used to navigating. I am missing not having a delete forward character key. I'm still not used to the track pad and navigating the sensitivity it has. Sometimes what I am working on does things I have now idea what I did.

I was originally on the fence about the expense of a Mac but am totally enjoying all the convenience and light weight of this computer still with my cd driver

Bought it for a gift and she LOVES it. Easy to use and has so many features. Couldn't be happier!

Easy to set up and use right out of the box. No additional software of accessories required.

I have purchased many computers over the years bit this one by far is the best. I use this for editing photos, video, and music and it hasn't missed a beat. While the price is steep it is well worth the price tag the OS took minutes to setup and I am still amazed at how fast the processor runs.

Mac Plus is the summation of everything that a portanle and personal computer should be: powerful, convenient, strudy, virus resistant, and others. If something gets stuck, you tutn it off, turni it on, and resurme work. Best computer I've ever had.

Well, after five days owning this "top of the line laptop," it officially crashed. When I say crashed, I mean for good (Per Apple). I own EVERY Apple product besides the MacBook and now I know why I never got one! Apple techs advised the laptop suffered a "major hard drive error"....The laptop wouldn't even recognize the OS, or drive. Five days of light use (browsing and email) took this thing to the junkyard....The statement: "You get what you pay for"...Clearly doesn't apply to this product. I hope everyone else has better luck...FTR, I did get my money back, but still left disappointed.

giving its size and weigh, this computer is much easier to be carried around by a high-schooler. 500G is more than enough. Kid use it a lot to create multi-media presentations and reports, she is loving it and wonder why she chose to get an Windows Laptop 3 years ago and suffered all along.....

WE BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP AFTER REVIEWING AND ASKING OTHER COLLEGE STUDENTS OPINIONS. A LOT OF STUDENTS SAID THEY WISHED THEY HAD JUST BOUGHT A MAC TO BEGIN WITH. I'M GLAD WE INVESTED EARLY ON. SEEMS TO BE WORKING WELL AND THE COLLEGES PROGRAMS ALL SYNC WITH MAC SO MY DAUGHTER DOES NOT HAVE ISSUES LIKE SOME OF THE OTHER STUDENTS WITH DIFFERENT COMPUTERS. WE SHALL SEE IF IT LASTS FOR 4 YEARS OR BEYOND! (FINGERS CROSSED)

After reading many reviews and talking to other friends and family members, we decided that we wanted to purchase a MacBook for our son as he went off to college. Best Buy had the best price and the transaction was extremely easy - I purchased it online the first morning of no tax weekend and then picked it up in the store later that morning. It was ready and waiting for me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I am very pleased with my new MacBook Pro. It is fast, looks great and does everything I need.

The computer is a tough machine. My daughter uses it at college and literally every day all day.

Great for school work!!! Use it everyday for school, really light weight compared to my Vaio.

Replacing a similar laptop. Would like larger HD, but wanted a CD player which this model includes, so chose it over the newer SSD. Works great, although it is a 13" screen, the view is bright and clear.

Very lightweight, pretty affordable, works perfect for all of my essential needs and wants.

I bought the Mac Pro 13' mainly for school purposes, I'm currently pursuing my bachelors and my major requires a lot of writing. Ultimately I love my new Mac, I think is beautiful, fast, and has a long lasting battery. I have not had it long enough to find any flaws, so far it's working great.

I just received this laptop but so far it's been easy to install and has everything I want!

Computer is great for all my basic computing needs interfaces very well with my iPad and Iphone.

Easy to use and easy to setup, many task being used daily
