I had every apple product except a Mac. I began with Toshiba and don't get me wrong, their laptop is great, but nothing beats a Mac (well any Apple product really). I see a difference in speed, battery life, and the projected image. Great Buy !

My daughter is loving her new Laptop. She said it's convenient for her to bring in school because of the size and since apple is the brand that they use at school.

It's a MacBook Air so of course it is a great product. But this review is for the shopping experience. Very good and satisfying experience. I was looking for used MacBook laptops. I'm a former tech and very comfortable with making any repairs/upgrades. I was looking on BestBuy.com from a BestBuy email and came across clearance/opened items. This was an opened box machine. The price was not much more than the used market I was finding. There was one left in the entire Milwaukee area. I called BestBuy and had it reserved. A few hours later I picked it up heading out of town for vacation. It was ready to go when I got there. Internet/Phone/InStore all interactions were high quality. Oh, and my daughter loves the MacBook Air! And for being an opened box product you certainly couldn't tell. Great price. Great value.

I came into Best Buy looking for a new laptop (upgrading the original white classic macbook) and saw this new Macbook Pro that just came out this year at a very good price. On top of that price, there was a promotion going on where I got an additional $50 off. As a poor college student, I usually have to really think about how I use my money and think if I will ever regret this purchase. But instead, The look of this laptop caught my eye and I purchased the Macbook right away! I spent that extra money I saved on the Office 356 University that includes Microsoft word, powerpoint, excel and more for school which makes it a lot easier for me to do Microsoft work on the macbook. Once you buy a macbook, you will never regret it and will always want to keep it forever! This is one of my favorite Best Buy purchases of all times!!!

This is my second Macbook Pro 13 inch. It's a good computer notebook for students, and convenient to carry around. Best Buy's pick-up in store service was convenient for me, there was no waiting in line for me. I also used my student discount code (sort of a hassle but no complaints). This model is physically same as my first Macbook Pro, which was late 2011. Just different specs.

I love my Mac book pro. It fits all of my needs and is easy to use

I gave this to my daughter for Christmas, she loves it she found it easy to use. She has been able to do school work more efficiently and keep her files in order.
