I called the Geek Squad and they said, they are prohibited by Apple to assist me. I am disappointed that I was not advised of this before I purchased the laptop.

Love the MacBook Pro

I am completely happy with the MacBook Pro, and my daughter is very happy as well. It's a solid laptop, and it's really getting me to rethink my next laptop refresh for myself, perhaps there is a MacBook Pro in my future!

It is an older model, but the newer models don't have disk drives for some reason. It was amazing that I now have a new computer that is compatible with my old hard drive. Thanks for having this in stock. I am very greatful, and the transaction went smoothly.
