I have always been a PC guy. Bought this on a whim and pleasantly surprised. It works like a charm. It is a little on the heavy side, but perfectly ok.

Got this for Christmas from my husband and i absolutely love it. I love that it's not a bulky laptop, it's nice and thin and i can sync my phone to it.

This notebook is one good buy for a student. It is easy to use. Can fit easily in my bag and a good battery life. I can take notes with it while in class without worrying of plugging it soon. Over-all, I am happy with it.

Good battery life. This is my personal laptop, I mostly use to Skype or watch movies. This is excellent for developers, especially Linux kernel base.

Apple never offer a penny discount, but guess what i bought Mac Pro for $300 less the actual price. Only best buy can do that. I bought it as a gift for my wife and she loves it. Although its little heavy compare to Mac Air. Over all best product on a best price. I highly recommend this product if you an APPLE lover.

Bought from Best Buy at a great price - $999. Swapped out the 4 GB standard memory and installed 16 GB. I use this laptop primarily for Lightroom & Photoshop and the performance is fantastic. Great laptop for the price.

The product itself is a great product. The overall customer service for this purchase was the absolute worse that I have ever experience with Best Buy. It started with being charged for the "free virus protection". I ordered online to be picked up at store. After noticing that I was charged for the free virus protection I immediately cancelled my order and attempted to reorder to get the charge off my credit card. So of course I couldn't order again because it didn't come off my charge so I was then over my limit. I immediately called customer support and was told I would have to wait a "few days" for the charge to come off so that I could order again. After getting the run around I became very insistent that I was not going to do this. It was their error that forced me to cancel the order and that I wanted the reorder done IMMEDIATELY!! Well they finally decided that they could do this. The next day the item was on sale so I immediately called and asked for a price adjustment. Well I was told it couldn't be done immediately that they had to forward the request to the price adjustment department and that I would see the adjustment in 5 to 7 days. So I got a case number and kept a eye on my account and you guessed it, no adjustment was made. So I emailed them with my information and by this time the sale was over so they said they couldn't give me adjustment since the sale was over! I had to email three different times to finally get through to them that I had called on the day of sale and as usual it was them that were making it difficult to get the adjustment. I normally have great customer service but this experience was just awful. It has certainly made me think twice about recommending Best Buy. I would recommend the product but not the service!!

Mac book pro is a nice laptop . It's rowburst and nice looking one . I am leally enjoy to open th book. Thank you very much for the deal you gave me .

I finally took the mac plunge, i figured I could keep buying cheaper laptops and replacing them every couple years or invest more money and get a Mac so I took the plunge. Couldn't be happier .......I can't imagine how it will be after I actually learn how to use it better and take full advantage of all it can do.
