I have always been a Windows user. My wife has always been a Mac user. She's been bugging me to get a Mac. I thought about getting one from the Apple Store but then I compared prices and customer service and decided to get my MacBook Pro from Best Buy. I'm glad I did. Customer service is great.

Love the simplicity of the computer in addition to how rich the color, text ,sound, applications etc. are on this machine! Switched from a PC to the Mac book due to continuous malware and viruses. Time will tell if this computer will protect me from all the malware and viruses that are out there.

They last forever and rarely will one ever encounter an error message. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because at this price point, it should have 8 worth of ram not 4. Nothing says I'm better than you than a sleek macbook at your local coffee shop. I say this semi jokingly but last pc I bought was 11 years ago and likely will not buy another. Get the Mac, you know you want it and this is my 3rd macbook

The Macbook Air 2014 model is a excellent laptop with Superb battery life. Once charged, I can work more than one day! The only issue with this model is that the memory cannot be upgraded.

I love my Mac laptop. Fast, fast, fast and easy to transport to and from school. I will never go back to a PC laptop. Long battery life, no virus software to buy and no more slow running computer.

This is a great computer, and the non-retina ones allow you to easily upgrade the hard drive and the ram. So this computer can last for years and years. I had my last macbook pro for over 6 years!

I love Best Buy. I think they always have great service and stand behind their products! If possible I always shop there. It is fast and usually cheaper or get a price match. All we buy at our house is Apple computer products. Third kid just went to college with the third new Apple Laptop!

Fast shipping, Lap top was easy to set up. My 14 year old was able to set up independently. If anyone has owned an Apple product you will already know the quality of their products. I have purchased many other computers from top sellers however all my Apple products has exceeded my expectations.

This is my first Mac. I have owned four pcs in the past. I decided this time to try an Apple product. So far I am very happy with it. Some things are a little different on it so I am still learning, but it seems very intuitive.

I bought this laptop to use for online classes I am taking to finish my bachelor degree. It is wonderful! It is great for the school work, online use, and photo editing projects I have, as well as using it for fun stuff.

Greatest product out there. Great size, easy to use. Easy to set up. Little to expensive. Wish they had at the time of purchase a package with this like a printer, and maybe some little extras.

Got my daughter this to start off her college next year. She was so excited!!! we are not fond of windows 8 and the mac has everything and sync's with all her other apple products. I would greatly recommend this mac!!! great product. just a little on the heavy side but she doesn't care at all.

I decided to switch to a Mac for a change. It's pretty fast and has lots of cool features and programs. Was well worth the money.

This is my first Apple laptop after having multiple windows pc's. I love the Apple. While I have had multiple iPhones and an iPad, there is a major difference in the learning curve with the MacBook. It has taken a short amount of time to adjust to the operating system. Great product!

I love this Mac. I upgraded the ram and installed a 1tb hard drive. Runs very fast and smooth.

Have two -- one for each of my college students. They both love the MAC. They take them to class, work etc. Easy to carry, easy to use, very dependable. Neither one of them will go back to PC

I have had my computer for about 3 months now and i absolutely love it! I don't think i'll ever go back to windows! At first i was nervous that this computer wouldn't be able to handle coding capabilities, but it is so much easier to do on my macbook than it was on any other computer.

I am a transitioning PC user. So, my limited experience has made using the Macbook a bit of a challenge, but I am getting the hang of it. I opted against the retina display, but am perfectly satisfied with the clarity of images, and am enjoying the additional features I have access to.
