Everything I thought it was going to be... Solid, reliable laptop that's great for personal and business use

Was initially hesitant to buy as I had been a PC user forever. After weeks of watching and researching this item, I gave into the temptation, in part, due to a huge sale. I've had the machine for a month and a half and I must say I'm very pleased with my purchase. As a first time MacBook Pro user, it took awhile to learn the operating system (still learning). I plan to have this machine for years to come. In summary, I would definitely purchase this item, especially if on sale. Enjoy my friends!

Great bargain open box. Great battery life and performance. Mac OS is incredibly stable. Have not needed windows at all. Have been able to find all the apps that I need.

He is so happy with the laptop. Was able to subscribe to all of Adobe and have plenty of memory and compatiblity. Store where he picked up computer was excellent in the handling and service. Computer was ordered on line and picked up in another state.

Very portable, good battery life, and very solid power. Also a good upgrade on the sound compared to the old 13" MacBook Pro w/o the Retina display.

I am really satisfied with this purchase. I purchase it to do school work and it has been an essential tool. Great quality. Worth the extra money spent.

I got this laptop for school, and so far it has been great. It has great battery life too and is light enough for me to carry in my backpack. No complaints here.

I would reccommend this to any student or company needing a laptop. It is fast easy to use. Clear display. Portable. Have 2 of them. Apple is leader of pack on laptops.

The original laptop that I purchased didn't work, but I was able to return it to my local Best Buy and they checked the laptop and then replaced it with a brand new one. I haven't had any problems with the new one. Great laptop and great service at the store.

I got 2 Mac Book pro for my sons for Christmas. One will use it for business, the other for film making. I was pleased that this model still had a built in DVD drive and upgradable memory. The Mac Book Pros with Retina screens do not have these capabilities.

Love the ease of use for my parents, didnt have to teach them much.

My daughter has wanted this computer since her friend had got it a few years ago, then her sister got one last year through school. I recommend this for a college student. It's an Apple product and I have heard all good things about their computers.

i will stick with Apple,they fit my structure and personality perfectly.Do not get me wrong...Windows makes great computers too and you get what you pay for.My advice spend the extra dough and get the best you can afford. I would recommend Apple to anyone.

I purchased this computer for my husband as a Christmas gift and he absolutely loves everything about it! The user interface is easy to use and all of the fun features are much more advanced than any of the other HP computers that he has had before.

I would recommend this laptop to anyone wanting to buy an easy to use reliable computer. Set up is very easy, and navigating the operating system is also a breeze.

Great Apple product as usual!! I purchased an Hp Laptop first bc the price was great but I returned it a few days later bc I was really dissatisfied with it. I then purchased the MacBook. Of course it was more expensive but it was worth every penny!

I'm used to windows so when I first got a Mac I was really obvious as to how to use one but I knew it was well worth the money because Macs truly don't get virus's and if they do it's very rare so it's definitely worth the money. The only thing is trying to organize photos and after photoshopping images you have to personally save the file to a specific new photoshop folder because iPhoto doesn't know how to read photoshopped images so it can reallllly be a pain but overall the computer is amazing and runs great. I would buy a Mac over a windows computer just because of how well it runs.
