Shopping for a MacBook Pro, I asked a sales associate if there were an older model which would save money. He researched and located this older pre flash drive model for $700 less than the current version. It is perfectly suited to my need, and the difference in price made it possible for me to purchase. The unit does everything I need it to do. I am very satisfied.

My wife wanted a Mac. I didn't want the price. We found this one on sale and I caved to the pressure. It was the right move. She loves it. It does everything she wants it to do. She is now trying to convince me to buy another one for our daughter.

This computer operates in a clean and clear format. It is lightweight and therefore easily portable.

I went from a 17 in Windows hp to this 13 in Mac... My very first and I love it. So happy I did it.

i absolutely love my new mac book! after just recently having my third pc in five years break i decided to go with what everyone was telling me and get a mac, and so far i couldnt be happier. it types so smoothly, the clarity of the screen is amazing, and its much faster than all of the my laptops which were the same price, or higher, than the mac. im also in the process of creating a business plan for a restaurant and the selection of software for that is much better than pc's!

For someone looking for a general all purpose laptop and is user friendly this might be the one for you. Very lightweight and has good battery life and runs cool

I tried the MacBook Air but returned it for the pro. It has disc drive and ports that the air does not have. I love my iPad mini and the pro is better for keeping finances, photos and everything organized. I added a 4 Tb WD cloud so I'm good for a while.

this macbook is great, I've always had PCs before, but I'm really happy with this mac. It has embedded applications that are equivalent to Word ("Pages") and Excel ("Numbers") which was great so I didn't have to buy a new computer plus $$ software.

as with all Macs it's very stylish and easy to use. With any Mac I've ever owned they are pretty much trouble free

Love the sleek look. Very user friendly. Just has some compatibility issues with my videos for school.

This computer was a hit on Christmas morning! He was so excited, as he is familiar with MacBooks and aware of the many features he will have. It has more then met his expectations! This machine is so worth the investment! I highly recommend it!

I've been looking to update my laptop for over three years. I was torn between a MAC and the Surface Pro. After consulting with the sales rep and a few friends, the choice was easy and as you can see the MAC won! This MacBook Pro is the laptop for me.

This macbook has been great for school, it runs fast and is small enough to carry to and from class without trouble.

This was the "just right" MacBook, all the features (some are missing on the air), small enough for a backpack, performance is fine, skipped the premium retina.

Awesome product , I have always used windows for my computers , however now I am a complete Apple user .... iPhone 6, iPad mini 2, and MacBook Pro . The first week I had no clue what I was doing but now I've gotten the hang of it . Looks so sharp .

Love the apple laptop. Easy to use. Small & easy to hide it from my kids. Very happy with my choice.

It comes with word document programs already installed. Like resume templates, presentation templates, even budget planning programs.it's a lot to explore .the only thing I have a hard time getting control of is scrollingup and down with the mouse pad

It's everything my iMac has but since it's s bit older it has a cd drive which is nice since I can take a small but if control back from apple and not only be able to import music via iTunes

I purchased the same computer 3 years ago. I liked everything about this computer. I gave first one to my elder daughter when she graduated from high school. This time I bought it for my younger daughter for her high school graduation gift. I could not think of any other gift that I could give them after their graduation. My elder daughter is using this last three years. She loves it. I am sure that my younger daughter will find it extremely useful for her studies in college like her elder sister. I feel very proud that I gave something very good and useful to my children.

I bought this computer for grad school and it has been amazing. It is a little slow to startup but I love everything else about it! I thought about getting a macbook air but the fact that I can add memory to this model was the seller for me.
