This is my 6th Apple computer in over 20 years and my second laptop. I really like Apple products and this was a great buy. All my Apple computers have worked well and I have no doubt this one will continue that tradition.

Last year I purchased one for my daughter for college, she loves it. So when my youngest graduated high school this year I knew exactly which computer I was buying her too.

If you are a apple fan the Mac is awesome everything will sync up start on one end on another but if your not use to Apple it takes some time to get use to the software but once you get the hang of it everything is golden

I had in the past several laptops of different brands but because I cannot afford an Apple, I got almost all the best in market but Apple. Every laptop did a lot less than expected, and this time and taking the advantage of getting an Apple using muy Bestbuy credit card with 6 months no interest, I purchased an Apple. Yes, I know, you get what you pay for, and I ask myself why I wasted my money before. There is always an opportunity to correct things, and so glad I did it

Love it! With every other apple macbook this Is the only one with the built in DVD R+W, CD player! I still prefer it that way. Tales a little bit more time adjusting from being a PC previous owner. This is a great machine!

its the best MacBook Pro you can get, it's such a light laptop I use to have the regular MacBook Pro 13 inch it's such a big upgrade

The sales person Rico who sold me the Mac Book Pro at the Best Buy In Darthmouth Massachusetts was very patient and helpful. I would have rather been shopping for car than having to buy a new computer. I was very nervous and confused about choosing between a Mac or Windows 8. Rico started asking me a lot of questions about what i used my computer for ,what programs I used regularly and how often I did updates. Then he recommended what he thought was the best computer system for me. Plus the Mac / IPad classes are a feature too .

My previous laptops have been Dell or Toshiba. I wouldnt consider apple because it was always something I couldnt afford at the time but this was going to be my third time buying a laptop so I decided to give apple a try. Best buy was able to price match apples student discount which was great because I was able to use that money toward insurance. I decided to purchase this laptop instead of the newer retna version because this specific model has the cd slot and includes more memory. Besides that, having facetime, itunes, icloud and many more apple features all in one laptop is amazing! I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone especially a student.

Process of the purchase was awesome. We purchased the item in Kildeer and the person picked it up in Texas. The product is being used for teaching in Nigeria so the Apple computer was a great buy. Overall a great purchase

Worth Thanksgiving deal ($200 off) for this product. I love Apple products and added this device to my collection. My son is the primary user and uses MacBook Pro extensively for his school projects and for playing games.

This macbook pro exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with this product.

Light weight and easy to use. Screen is not too big and not too small. Checks spelling. Can move from the different programs very quickly.

When we arrived to pick up computer after being notified it was ready to be picked up, customer pick up did not have it. After45 minutes they finally figured out how to get one that was already in store to sell us.

This MacBook Pro comes ready to use right outside the box. It is also easier to understand than Windows 7. It is a beautiful laptop. It has has a quiet backlit keyboard, beautiful screen and it is very lightweight. I was trying to decide between a laptop and an iPad and for me this wins hands down. This is the last of the apple products that still includes the cd drive as well which is why I went with this model and not the newer one. Although it is pricey, it is worth the extra money for a better longer lasting laptop.

I really love Mac now, I can't believe it took me this many years to take the plunge and switch from PC. My husband, kids and all my family are Mac lovers and I was really determined not to switch over but decided to since I would have to learn the new Windows anyways.... well, it was such a terrific choice (my husband loves that!) It's so easy to use, navigate, and I was skeptical that there would be sufficient Mac software but everything is compatible now, its GREAT! Its bright, colorful, sharp images, love the keyboard, batter lasts such a long time (WAYYY longer then my old Toshiba Satellite - which I LOVED!) I will totally always go Mac from here on out if they stay this great! Wonderful computer! Great size and weight too!!

This computer is easy to use, light to transport, and has an Amazing screen picture. I like the back lit keys, and the long battery life.
