love my Mac

I finally made the change and couldn't be happier this thing is awesome. First one I got from bestbuy came with a dent on the top but I returned and they exchanged it with no problems since then it's been great

The nice part is all of the hardware such as apples version of word and excel is already installed on this machine. I also like the email feature where you can get yahoo or whatever your email is right on the desktop.

I love my new MacBook Pro 13"

His knowledge & professionalism was what sold me on this product. He is by far one of the best sales people I've ever come across. The customer service from the time I entered until the time I left was hands down, outstanding!!! Thank you Best Buy for this product & great service. I will definitely be back.

Easy to learn and use...

Adding this laptop to our Apple collection enhances our ability to communicate and produce documents, etc. Buying this machine from Best Buy was a very good move for us. Being able to finance it and the strong customer service we received the day we bought it, makes this a great purchase.
