This is the second apple laptop I have purchased. I have the 15.4" and I purchased my wife the 13". She loves it. And you know what they say: a happy wife is a happy life. Go buy your self one. Thanks

I like my Mac however I'm disappointed it does not contain a disk drive. Also, for some silly reason, Mac has not updated their software with Microsoft office and the newest version that they are compatible with is the office 2011. This is and was a huge inconvenience to me and caused many problems with an online IT class that I was taking. In fact, I had to withdrawal from the class because of it. Mac is using software that is 3 years old and I think they really need to update their software like a pc.

I purchased this for my teenage daughter. She loves it. Great for doing school work, managing photos and internet searching. Screen / resolution is amazing. Photos just pop out and look awesome.

Apple made a mistake when they didn’t include a locking slot for use with an existing locking cable. The only cable that works on the new Mac Book Pro is adequate at best and if moved around to much, could scratch finish or if you happen to forget laptop is locked and close lid, you could damage screen. If it wasn’t for this feature being left off of the device, would probably give 5 stars.

I have owned this for roughly a month now and do not know what I ever did with out it.. I was so against Mac at first and then grew to LOVE it... It is easy to navigate and learn the tricks...

I wanted to get a Mac as I had an iPhone and an iPad so I thought the Mac would be pretty easy to learn, however there is quite a learning curve. I am happy with it and I did not want to have to worry about viruses which is very nice. I am still learning though! I think it will last for a long time as the Apple products seem to be very reliable and well made. I would like to purchase a new IPad as mine is an IPad 11 but I did not see a big enough difference in the IPad Air to justify it.

After having my first MacBook for 4 years and no problems, I decided to continue to stay with the MacBook family and purchase the MacBook Pro. Needless to say, I couldn't be happier.... as expected! Apple continues to be far superior to competition!

overall, great laptop and on sale price makes it even better. was looking at getting touch screen 2-in-1 as alternative but am more than pleased with apple. it also works with Rocksmith 2014.

Absolutely love it because my daughter loves it. She's happy so that makes me happy. My son has an older version and talks very highly of it - that's why I purchased this one for my daughter.

Was able to purchase this at 1099 on a Black Friday, can't go wrong with that price. Excellent and beautiful laptop for your everyday laptop user (non gaming or other graphics intensive user)

First Mac laptop, always had a windows based machine. The transition to mac was seamless and little learning curve. I highly recommend this laptop, there is no windows laptop that compares.

After buying an iPhone, I was impressed with the Apple operating system and switched from a PC to this Apple product. I have been able to learn the Apple spreadsheet and word processing software quickly from my previous experience with MS Office.

Overall, good computer and easy to move around. Browser sometimes freeze up, need to restart or wait a little while before it will move again. Letters on the screen sometime seems too small to read with ease. The key board is easy to type on.

I love macbooks, I just dont like how expensive they are, and that Windows 8 is slightly faster than the latest OSX.

Mac Pro has always been great. I've been using Mac Pro since 2011 and now this Mac Pro is much lighter weighted!

Best computer around from all makes. Can be used for many different things music, games, movies. School work for children and business for adults , paying bills , receiving messages , phone calls . Better than HP, dell and all those.

I am thrilled with my MacBook Pro. It is everything I hoped it would be. The speakers are good quality and easy to hear. Love the safari program and all the latest programs.

great computer for basic computing but nothing too high computing. no photo editiing or video. too expensive

Back to the future with my Mac. I absolutely love it. The mouse pad is smooth and it is fast. There is nothing that I do not like about it. I would recommend it to everyone.

Had to choose between updating to Windows 8 or get a MAC Chose the MAC. Good choice. Apple support has been excellent It almost set up everything itself. The interface between my iPhone, iPad, iPod and Nano could not be easier.
