i love my macbook. best purchase I've made and worth every penny! lighter than an hp and the size is perfect to take with you anywhere. i had to ask questions to a best buy employee to learn some tricks because I'm still new to it but its super simple and they were very helpful. i prefer a macbook over an hp.

I would've liked for this computer to be touch screen. & I feel that a apple product would've come with iTunes on it automatically. Whoever it is a great laptop, easy to use & fun to learn. I'd recommend it to others.

I bought my MacBook Pro mainly for school use. I love that it is so user friendly and is not so bulky to carry around. No waiting for it to boot up, I just press the power button and I ready to get some work done.

This is a great laptop for standard office work. I was hesitant to buy this specific one because of the 128gb hard drive but so far I have only used half of the storage. It's also easy to purchase a flash drive for extra storage if needed. Super fast, fantastic image quality. Definitely would recommend.

First Mac ever and plain and simple it Works ! no sitting in front of it for hours looking for problems like windows .

After 6 years my MBP died (bad logic board), i was faced with a dilemma, buy a new Mac now with the Holidays right around the corner or live without for a bit. Not to mention the 2016 MBP's with the new Touch Bar were due out the very next week, which didn't excite me one bit & the Mac Book despite looking sexy didn't quite meet my expectations spec-wise. Best Buy to the rescue! I scored the 2015 13 inch MBP w/ Retina Display (something I'd been eyeing) on Black Friday for $1099 ($200 off!) with 18 months interest-free for using my BB cc. I did the buy online/pick in store option which was seamless despite the Black Friday madness & it was ready to pick up within an hour. The associate that brought it over even took the time to see if I needed anything else & offered to help me set it up. As for the Mac itself, a huge upgrade over my previous model in every way, don't miss the lack of cd/dvd drive & the SSD drive is the truth! In closing, I got a great product for a great price and great customer service, an excellent experience all around.
