My former laptop was a Lenovo and slow and bulky. The Macbook Pro was an easy transition. A few differences from a traditional PC but definitely glad I made the switch. Lightweight, long battery life and screen size is not a problem coming from a 15.6" laptop.

this is my first time using apple laptop. Although I bought this when it was on sale, still too expensive for me. So, I would recommend using best buy credit card for 12 month payments. the quality is good as I expected. I have been using cheap laptops so far and I regually bought one every 2 or 3 years. So, I hope this last long at least 7 years. I have been using this for a year now, nothing wrong with it so far. no crash or anything. I would not recommend to buy apple care, which only last long 3 years? I bought them just in case, but as far as I experienced, I would not need apple care first 3 years with my best estimation. so don't buy apple care. it is also too expensive. just invest that on your next laptop.

I've enjoyed using this MacBook. Much faster than the one I had. Graphics are great!

I have been reviewing and determining which laptop I would buy myself. MacBook Pro very expensive but worth it. Bought it mainly for all my pictures and my music. Super fast speeds on internet and start up. Long battery life and more! Would recommend.

This is my first ever Mac and I love it! I was nervous I wouldn't know how to use it, but it was so easy to get used to it! And it's so much faster than my PC. Best purchase I've ever made! I wish I would have purchased it sooner! I would recommend to anyone!

Powerful computer with a nice-sized screen while light and compact! Great for college!

What can I say? Latest and greatest from Apple. Not as fast as new Microsoft laptop will be, but does everything well. My first Mac since an Apple G2 way back when. The best thing about it? I can actually set yet anywhere because the cooling fan ports are on top. Why don't all laptop makers do it this way? With my HP, I can't set it on anything that will block the fans. This is truly a useable laptop.

I love this computer. Easy to use and the retina screen is awesome. I am a diehard Apple fan so no other computer was going to do. Hook up to Samsung curved 27 inch monitor. Use Magic Mouse 2. Working from home is a dream. Never going back to a desktop.

Anything Apple is expensive; but, you get what you pay for. We actually purchased this MacBook to replace an 11-year-old MacBook. Yes, 11 years we used it without fail. It still works; however, the operating system is no longer supporting many devices. Otherwise, we would still use it. After all, why dump a good thing.

I love it, being able to sync my MacBook with my iPhone made it very easy to operate

Love that it is ready to go with all programs upon purchase. No virus scan needed is a big plus. Seems like you pay more for an apple but it's ready to go, no hassles.

Perfect size for traveling. Everyone likes it! My Mom is 92 and she was even using it!

Purchased as a graduation gift for my daughter! It is exactly what she wanted/needed and she is thrilled with it. I was afraid it was too heavy...but I was wrong. She loves it and it will be perfect for college. Its fast and has an amazing display!
