My daughter knew exactly what she wanted so this was pretty much a no brainer. The only disappointing part was that she could have gotten free Beats had we gone direct. I guess that's our fault for not looking further but we always go to Best Buy so I never really thought about looking elsewhere.

I have always use windows and am still a big fan but for traveling and the added advantages of entertainment and battery life this is a phenomenal computer.

I am a university student as well as a professor. My university commonly used Apple products. The computer is light weight, easy to use and makes my studies a breeze!

I have been an avid non-apple person. This I'd the first Apple product I have ever have (or will, still not an Apple person) but this computer is great. It's small enough to fit in my bag for school but not too small that the screen looks all muddled. Also, the screen resolution is incredible!

Buying this computer is one of the best things i have done in a long time! From editing videos to making it easy to keep your schedule and events planned the Mac does it all! i edit a lot of videos and the pre programed "I-movie" works great you can use that for all your editing needs and it is very easy to pair with a go pro and the go pro software. all around this computer is awesome and its compact size is perfect for people on the go. A must buy in my book and in my opinion the best lap top you can buy.

This is a great product and outperforms every other laptop in it's segment. This is my first experience with Apple MacBook series and i just loved the fact that it's as responsive as it is elegant to look at. The hardware is the essence here and it came out so robust. It's only when you start using an Apple hardware you would appreciate it's strength. I have partitioned the drive to accommodate Windows 10 so that i can get best of both the worlds. I have not yet faced even a single issue related to hang-crash-memory. It just runs smooth. Loved the feature of encryption that the laptop provides. It's a go-getter laptop.

this is amazing i love this laptop. its very fast love the processor in this and the screen is amazing! its a bit on the high price but you get what you paid for.. a perfect laptop!

Love all of my Apple products. If you have to call their Customer Service, it is amazing. I have only had to call 3 times in all the years I have had Apple products. Have only gotten someone in the US and they are always so helpful and king. Love Apple Customer Service!

I needed to get a computer to help run my local high schools end zone camera. Once I knew I could go with the MacBook Pro I knew I was getting a excellent product. The system as expected is working flawless and gives me peace of mind knowing the system will always be reliable and consistent.

I needed a new Mac that was light weight to fit into my backpack. I wasn't a fan of these air and wanted something with a Retina display. This was a great buy and I love it.

My students have been recommending that I switch to a MacBook for a while now. Since I have used PC'S since the start I was concerned with the learning curve and the cost of all new software. After careful research and exploration I finally took the plunge and am very satisfied that I did.

I'm a bit biased to the late 2013 retina Macbook pro. Not a fan of the force feedback touch pad. I prefer the physical tactile push that the original track pad had. Besides that there were minor enhancements on the hardware end namely the fifth gen Intel processors.

Anyone on the fence about getting a MacBook Pro, don't hesitate. I've always had iPads and iPhones, but always used a PC. Get rid of the frustration and just an apple. I use mine daily and I realize that I've been missing out.

This is my first MacBook Pro. The retina display was beautiful. Setup was easy. It took a while to memorize the Commands for printing, left-right, up-down keys, etc. Nice!

I bought this as a light travel companion to my 27" 5k Retina iMac, and I'm very pleased.. It has virtually A very tiny hard drive, which is not a big deal. I simply carry external ones around with it for a storage solution. The display is very very good, speed outstanding.. Yes I would recommend to someone that already has a BIG iMac at home and wants a travel equivalent.

I really love the new version of this macbook. Its slimmer, lighter and picture quality is great. Keyboard is nicer and smoother.

I'm an RN student and this laptop is great for my school work. This is my very first Mac. I was a bit skeptical about leaving windows and because of the price but it's definitely worth the money. I'm never going back to windows. I love my Mac. Also very compact, definitely a plus!! :)

Bought this for my daughter a senior in high school. Overall, she's happy with it. The only gripe is the hard drive space. 256GB would of been nice.
