love apple. best buy folks are always helpful. i was justthere and 3 men in best buy shirts cut in front of me and never saw me. They stood 6 feet tall. found them rude. This was at the rt202 in del at the concord mall

I am very happy with this computer. It was up in the air between 13"macbook pro and a 13" macbook air. After reviewing the specs and amount of ports the mackbook pro has..it is a "no brainer" to go with this computer.

Works so much faster than my old macbook! It is able to do all the things I need for school and more.

I bought this for my girlfriend and she has been nothing but happy with it. Of course it would be even better with a disc drive, but everything else is amazing.

I highly recommend a Mac laptop. Their quality is awesome and they last at least three times longer than Windows laptops. One reason being is the craftsmanship in both laptops. The Mac is constructed from Aluminum, it in itself is a heat conduit. Aluminum absorbs heat and is basically a heat sink for the entire computer. To give you an idea of how well aluminum works, they use aluminum heat sinks in desktop computers. The aluminum heat sink sits on top of the CPU (Central Processing Unit) which is the hottest part of the computer. Aluminum is a fantastic conductor of heat. This enables apple's laptops to be thinner than plastic variants could ever comfortably be (and if they were, the air coming out would be searing hot, and the plastic would be too thin). The aluminum acts as a heat sink, dissipating heat to the environment, allowing fans to run cooler and quieter. It also has a low coefficient of thermal expansion - allowing it to be unibody without expanding so much that it would stress parts that are screwed into the chassis - like the main board, etc. Compare that to Windows plastic models. Plastic is easy to cast, but they are very cheap, this is why they use plastic, it is an easy to make, process. Plastic can be lighter than aluminum, depending on the grad, and they are resistant to dents (alu, and other metals dent easily, but don't crack. Plastics crack, but don't dent). Plus, plastic is a terrible heat sink, prone to melting if overheated. Also the construction inside the Mac Laptop channels the heat away from the inside via the fan and channel ducks. Compare to most Windows computers that are made out of plastic and you can see why they last longer. Heat is the worst enemy of any electronic product, especially a laptop. Mac’s also use genuine parts as a windows computer will use anything that is the cheapest.

I love the light weight portable design. The computer is very fast and can handle many programs running at the same time.

hands down the best all around laptop. its power is crazy all the controls is amazing. software is a little buggy at times but its fine. given that you have the best computer. what are you waiting for go get it!!!

After much research, another consumer and our sales guy, I finally made a decision to by an Apple! I'm sure the sales guy was as relieved as I was I made a decision!! One of the best investments I have ever made!
