I've never owned a Mac system, but based on family & friend recommendations, I bought this. So far, I am loving the battery life and the track pad gestures for efficiencies. I wanted something to be able to remotely connect to work, some minimal things online and have a long battery charge, and being that I'm an Android user but so many of my family has iPhones, I wanted a way to FaceTime. This met all those specs. Very happy and I got it during The Deal of the Day sale too.

The screen resolution is amazingly sharp. the feel of the keys is excellent. We did buy a mouse to go with it, it seems we got lost on the trackpad occasionally but no real problem. very good quality machine.
