I absolutely love this computer. My 5 year old laptop crashed. I was desperate for a new computer. I knew I wanted a Mac. I looked at A LOT of different macs. I finally decided on this one and so glad I did.

the MacBook pro has been perfect for our college freshman. It is very fast and great visuals. He doesn't do too much video work so the 8 GB memory is plenty.

I am personally not an apple product person. Our daughter however is. She has the iPhone 6 and now the Apple Macbook Pro. We purchased this for her for college. She loves it and has not had a problems at all.

I have all apple products. My last laptop wasn't an Apple and kept having issues. I hesitated because of the price, but I realized that I don't have to keep pouring money into it constantly. Keep it updated and out of harms way, and you could have it forever. P.S. If you're debating over Retina display or the CD drive... Get this one! No one uses discs anymore. Clouds! Streams! Flash drive! Bluetooth! No CD-ROM. You'll thank me after watching a movie on your Retina display.

like the computer, very light and easy to carry around, nice screen pictures and fast paging but the one issue we have is every so often we get an e-mail that says no content and usually if there is a picture in it but yet it comes thru on our older mac computer.

The Apple MacBook Pro Laptop functions to specifications, and delivers the expected experience of Apple ownership. There are no negatives to speak of so far.

It is light weight and easy to use. Easy to fit in book bag around campus. Very user friendly. Love the Mac book!

Excellent build quality, software experience, and unboxing was wonderful. My two choices was this or the XPS, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

It was long due for my daughter. After she performed better than expected i baught it to surprise her on her Birthday. I am glad she likes it and not complaing about the problems she had with windows laptop

Thats a great laptop for used at home, at school and office, so light, battery runs great, i loved this laptop.

Purchased this for my daughter as a high school graduation gift, with the plan for her to use it in college. She had used a school-issued MacBook Air during high school, and is completely thrilled with the larger screen size, incredibly vivid Retina display, and overall feel of the keyboard. So far this summer, she is mostly using it for Netflix-watching and web-surfing, but I anticipate that it will serve her well for more studious pursuits this fall.

I love my Mac! Wouldn't trade it for anything!! Super fast and light for carrying around campus and for traveling!

I love it! Everything is crystal clear. It's faster, the battery lasts longer, and it's got all the apps I need.
