Great computer however very disappointing to receive a factory new unit with a defective broken keyboard keys. Two keys had a hollow sound pressing them.. The cursor key plastic was broken on the sissor joint not complete attached. Returned the rMBP and decided to try the new 12" MacBook Retina instead which I'm in love with... So all is good. Very satisfied with Best Buy and there great prices and price matching.

I wanted something reliable, pretty, and portable. I got it all with this laptop! I have zero complaints. I especially love how I can sync to my phone & tablet! I got it on one of Best Buy's awesome sales so that was also a big plus. I recommend it for other students. I like the size of the keyboard, it's comfortable for typing those longer essays or assignments. It is also backlit which is nice for late night studying. Easy to carry around & sturdy!

Well, what is there to say really? The product is as everyone expects from Apple. Seemless flow between my iphone and ipad. Love being able to receive texts directly to my laptop and all the included free software that you would normally have to pay a few hundred bucks to get. Battery life is great, hardly had to charge it much but i also don't do anything heavy on it as of this moment. As my first Apple computer, it is pretty much everything I expected it to be.

I only bought a new MacBook because I wanted to give my older one to my son. He will be able to use it for a long time, and it has much ability to expand the hard drive, RAM, etc. Great product, no problems.

Really fast processor and great screen. First Mac so it takes a little getting used to but love it more everyday.
