I came to Best Buy with my grandson to get a computer for college. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and suggested a different and newer version . My grandson is very satisfied with our choice!

Just switch to Mac, fast speed and nice screen. The only thing for me is the office for mac is not that good

This MacBook Pro is by far the best investment I've made yet when it comes to laptops. I was looking for something worth the money, durable, fast, and that would last me through nursing school. I researched reviews for about two days before finally purchasing it, and I have been happy with the outcome so far. I'm able to have about 5-10 tabs open at a time while listening to music, writing a paper, or using multiple apps at a time.

While it is a great machine, as my son had already gotten us one-we had to send it back. He got the one for us right before we purchased it and did not tell us until he drove up to give it to us.

My new macbook is fast, efficient, and convenient to use. Very reliable laptop. You get what you pay for.

Love my Mac. I have tons of Apple products but never owned a Mac. I wish it had more memory. I know I could have bought one with more built in, so I just bought an external hard drive instead. But his thing boots up fast, looks great and makes me happy.

I have owned pc's since 1983. Taught for Microsoft. Every PC I have ever owned is "slower" in 2 weeks. This is a second MacBook I have bought this year. My 9 month old MacBook is just as fast as the brand new one. No support calls, all software and hardware peripherals work out of the box. Fantastic!

I absolutely love my MacBook Pro. I have owned it a little over two months and still learning how to use it. My only complaint is it doesn't come with instructions on how to use certain programs.

I had the same desktop for 11 yrs. It was xp. I had bought my wife a Win 8 laptop. I hate that win 8. I mean it is absolutely the most confusing BS system of all time. So, when I my desktop finally said adios, I consulted my software engineer friend and he said Apple. I got this model because of the solid state drive. So, it is more expensive, but the OS is good and I hope it lasts a long time.

Purchased this for my daughter to use during her college years. So far, she loves it.
