I have had several windows based units and was tired of dealing with multiple updates bombarding the computer every time I started it. I could never just jump on and work on something, I had to wait until the downloads finished. They also seemed to fail after a few years. Had this apple for a couple years and have had no problems or delays.

I continually have trouble knowing how to connect my TV to a DVD to the modem to the cable. I often have to get help. That sounds like a review of me more than the TV.

Everything is excellent about this product except for the price.

First bought an open box item ended up being broken. Brought it back and they gave me a new one. Store definitely made it right. Will go back for future purchases.

Can't be happier with this purchase. It connects with apple desktop via cloud and shares all work. Works great for school work done at school then finished up at home.

It's been banged up a good amount and still operates like day one! I opted for this one because I was tired of spending thousands on laptops that don't last too long.

This is our first MacBook, and I never believed the hype. This MacBook is awesome and definitely worth the money. Response time is awesome and multi tasking is no problem for the Mac. Looks good and it's good quality. This MacBook is lite, which makes transporting it easy. MacBook doesn't get hot while operating the system. Asked a sales rep which laptop compares to Apple, his response was none.

Bought the open box model and the Best Buy sales associate told us she would give us a geek squad certified model instead! Great customer service and great computer.

If you need more disk space, go for this macbook. It comes with 500GB and 4GB RAM. The RAM can be extendable upto 8GB.

Sceptical at first ,buddys who had it loved it. As an avid game i had to take the plunge. A great controller a bit pricey but worth it if you trully are a gamer .

Purchased this item because my college bound nephew had his heart set on a MAC laptop. I pretty much just walked in the store and asked the clerk which MAC laptop seemed to be the one college bound students were buying. My nephew won't let it out of his sight and loves it. It pretty much flies through his apps. When I get ready to purchase my next laptop, it's going to be a MAC!
