Solid state hard drive is very good performance boost for portable use. Also get an external HD for photo storage and backup.

Beautiful screen, great keyboard, awesome metal case. Its an Apple!! Only thing is speakers are kind of weak.

These laptops are the most reliable on the market. I have and always will be a fan of Windows based machines. However even I cannot deny the reliability of these apple machines and that's why I made my purchase! Highly recommend if all you're using it for is Simple browsing and research or ANYTHING to do with design.

I purchased this with the intent to use it for college and studying for my boards. It has not failed me. I am super satisfied. It helps me stay organized. The battery has a long lifetime. Also, if there is any issue, Apple support is super helpful! I was never a fan of Apple, but this laptop changed my whole perspective.

A great laptop with lots of capabilities and functionalities. I like the built in pages and sheets but wish it had office.

This is an excellent laptop computer. However, it is my first Apple computer and so the learning curve has been a little challenging. Some of the functions seem to presume more knowledge than I have, but the operation of the computer, the quality of the display and features on the computer all meet or exceed expectations.

Apple MacBook pro is the way to go. Fastest processor and latest Apple technology yet. A must have for any college student.

Bought the Macbook Pro for my wife. So far, it works as advertised. Quick start up. Luxurious finish. Just need to get to know it better since this is our fist Mac OS experience.
