I've resisted the Mac purely on price. But after speaking to several Mac owners who have owned their Macs 8+ years, I've made the switch. Over time the price of my old PCs added up to more than the price of the Mac especially since PCs I've bought don't last me nearly 5yrs. So far this has been a great laptop.

Apple is the best and extremely user friendly. The best part is the fact that all your apple products sync together

I love it but I wish it came with a user manual that helped you do certain functions that are common place on windows.

I have been very happy with this purchase, it was exactly what I needed for writing papers and taking college classes.

Our summer camp uses laptops for a variety of presentations both at the camp and on the go. This MAC beats all our PC laptops. Easy to setup, works great with both TVs and projectors, and is glitch free. Also love the fact that it comes with all the software you need for both presentations and reports.

My daughter was going off to college and needed a reliable quick laptop to take to her classes. She enjoyed all the extras that came with it like FaceTime and ability to watch movies. FaceTime made her time away allot better because she was able to see her family even though she was many miles away.

I purchased one for myself at the suggestion of grandson and love it so much that I helped him buy one for himself.

Great product. First time to buy an apple computer. It didn't take us long to learn the differences from a normal PC.

Got this for my wife to use over the iPad she likes the bigger screen and compatibility with her iPhone

If you have not experienced the retina display now is the time to get it. Has everything I need from streaming to typing word documents. System's specs is an overkill for the type of work I do but the retina display is just breathtaking. Don't hesitate to buy this future proof mac. Will last at least 4-5 years.

The best laptop you can ever ask for. I used to own an HP laptop which ran into many issues after 6 months of use (battery, slow down, viruses). Switched over to apple products such as this one and have never looked back. Looks great, performs very well, and is going to last a long time.

Really good Xbox and enjoy it. Can't wait till the new software comes that can be backwards compatible with 360 games!

I'm just not as thrilled with my new MacBookPro with Retina Display as I was with my older model. Its so lightweight that is seems a bit flimsy somehow, and I really don't like the idea of not being able to use or burn discs, although I suppose they are no longer necessary.

I looked at reviews on a lot of laptops and I decided this was the best one for what I need it for. Overall I love it

i love my laptop. it is everything i expected & more. i had purchased the macbook air & i had to return it because the screen would slowly close or open on it's own... so that's why i had to switch over to the macbook pro. only con about it is i wish it did have a cd drive... but other than that, it's perfect.
