I love the size as it allows me to share documents with clients and they don't have trouble seeing them. I am a real estate agent and often use the iPad for my clients when signing contracts. The only downside is that it is somewhat heavy and i carry a large purse so I have it with me at all times.

This is my first experience with an Apple product and I LOVE it. This MacPro lap top performs FAST and effectively. The simple programs are for everyone and it just makes my life better. I wish I had purchased this baby 10 years ago. It outperforms my Mircrosoft Surface Pro. No kidding. Tom Murray

People complain about the price of mac products but they outlast pc products 5-1. Thats from personal experience.

Great product! Really have enjoyed using this macbook for work and home. Did not realize it did not have a CD ROM drive because I thought I was purchasing a different model, but it was closing time for the store. Have not really had any issues with it not having the CD ROM

Mac lived up to the hype. Was afraid to make the leap from Windows, but it was a seamless transition. Only quibble with the computer is the battery life. Seams more like five to six hours before it needs to be plugged in. Other than that keyboard and trackpad are top of the line along with the superb screen.

Excellent laptop, I prefer a larger screen but it appears that Apple is primarily reducing screen size, the larger sizes are more expensive. I'm planning to use a monitor. I got this at a good price, and bought 1 TB of external memory, haven't used the external drive yet.

Bought this to replace the 2009 Macbook Pro that I had passed down to my teen. She is very happy with the new Macbook. This machine can handle games and streaming movies without a problem. The only downside is that it does not come with an optical drive but is easily solved with an external drive.

I mean, what could I say that you already don't know?! Thinking about splurging on this? Go for it!!

I purchased this macbook after returning the macbook air. The screen on this unit is remarkable. Love mac os vs windows, windows just frustrated me. Seems to handle all my computing needs from every day use to photo and video editing. Love it

This is an excellent laptop with an outstanding screen, though smaller than I am used to. Mine was only $999 and has to be one of the best buys for a solid laptop. While it is heavier than the new macbook pros, it has more ports and is more versatile than the new (and very expensive) macbook pros.

I have only used Windows before, but I love my Macbook Pro. I want to switch my cellphone and tablet to Apple now.
