    My wife and I knew what we needed a new laptop and my wife wanted a macbook for compatiblity reasons, and the associate named Andrew Wong who helped us in the Tassnasborn OR. # 1491 Location was very helpful in helping us choose this macbook pro. We really didn't need the newest version and he helped us realize that goal. He listened to what we needed to do and was honest about what we might need vs what we didn't. He was very helpful through the whole process, even when we didn't known what we wanted to do he gave us a little time to look at them and came back over when we looked ready for a decision. It was a very nice experience overall. We have been doing most all of our electronics shopping here and this just instilled what we liked about best buy already. So a big thank you to Andrew and the staff at store 1491. You helped us get exactly what we needed.
