Apple warranty and assistance was reasonable and helpful when any malfunctions occurred which was very rarely. A great product and happy to purchase a new one.

My one complaint is that a Macbook with this low of storage shouldn’t even be offered. It fills up after a couple weeks of normal use, and the preinstalled programs take up a lot of the flash storage. So you’re left with hardly anything. I think the idea is that you’ll purchase cloud storage. Deleting files everyday is pretty frustrating. Should have opped for the higher storage one!

Upgrade time

Caught a special savings deal of $200 of so couldn't pass up the deal. Anyone who uses Apple knows how great these are.

My daughter loves her Macbook Pro

She is in college and loves that is slim and light and can just carry it in her backpack without it weighing it down. We are Mac users, so she's familiar with the programs, and is super happy with it!

The storage space is lacking a bit but I was aware of that when I bought it. An external hard drive solves that issue cheaply and easily.
