I own two 2011 MacBook pros , so when it came to buy a new one in 2016 my choice was clear that I need latest version of MacBook Pro only , satisfaction with past experience made a strong case for the latest one.

Recently converted to apple products. So far so good. I purchased this Macbook Pro as an open-box item. I've never really had any problems with open items until now. These are my two main issues: 1. Before I purchased the Mac I, needed to be sure that all my work related software were compatible since I was switching from PC to IOS. I asked about three different sales associates if my 2TB portable external hard drive was able to be read by the Mac since it's always been used on a PC. I was told by all sales associates that it will. I finally purchased the item and whaen I go to open my MS Word file from the external drive, the file could not be edited. In ther words, I could'nt use it for work! Went back to Geek Squad, they could'nt figure it out. Long story short, I figured it out by myself by using my onedrive account by uploading my work there and access it from there. And I can use it for work. 2. Since the Macbook Pro was purchased as an open-item, the previous person that bought the laptop redeemed the free software that Macbook comes with. Such as Pages, Numbers, etc.. I go back again to Geek Squad and they adviced me to call Apple so they can help me redeem the software. I do that and Apple tells me to go back to Best Buy and they should be able to help me redeem. Now I am getting the run-arounds. I just quit because I figured I already have a subscription to Microsoft 360, dont really needed. Just nice to have since I did pay over $1,000. In sum, just make sure when you purchase an open-item, make sure it has EVERYTHING!!

This device was purchased to replace an older MacBook Pro.

mac os is the one of the best OS available in themarket.

Was looking for a reliable laptop. Had tried some of the current Windows laptops recently. Was optimistic but no luck. Problems with them from the start. Had to return them. Decided to give Apple a try. Already owned iPhone and iPad devices no problems. I am so far very satisfied with the MacBook Pro Retina Display and no issues switching.

I had an HP laptop that was running so hot that I could not work with it on my lap. And the fan was so loud. I said enough, and bought a Macbook. Great transition, big difference and fully satisfied.

I have a 15 in and thought I would buy a 13 in as well. Still can't used to small screen. If I could only have one, it would be a 15 in.
