    After many years of being frustrated w windows and loving my iPhone, finally came to the conclusion to switch over and try a MacBook. Love it. By all means it's worth the additional expenditure over a pc.

    I bought, online, the Apple Tablet, and two Apple MacBook Pros within days of each other. I wrongly presumed I would get the same price but failed to check that I was charged $100 more for the 2nd MacBook Pro...sale was off. That's a lot of money for 3 computers for my adult kids. Mea Culpa on not double checking...but what really ticks me off is that the online buy provides for requesting a guest receipt, which I did. It ticks me off that Best Buy goes through the transaction and pick up at the store and tells that they can't give me a guest receipt since I just completed the transaction...the MacBook still sitting on the counter. Also, look at the website and try to contact customer service by email...where...how?

    will never go PC again. love the picture quality, speed, quality, everything. Buying one for my husband since he has nothing but problems with his HP. Macbook Pro was worth every penny and intuitive to use.
