MacBook Pro is the best computer on the market today in my opinion. It has all the technical advances that meet criteria for consumers today. Also compared to its competition it is more user-friendly and is more reliable. The customer base includes a wide variety of users, from the common web surfer to the professional business world. Before I bought my macbook pro I did some research on what the computer provided such as display, battery life, weight, and running speed. Considering all of these ultimately decided on whether or not to buy this product. Pros: Longer battery life (10 hours) Light weight (3.48) Retina Display (300 pixels per inch) Light up keyboard Built in Apps Less Viruses When it comes to me weight is a big factor considering that I carry my computer with me all day. So having a light 3.48 pound computer makes all difference in the world. Also battery life on this type of macbook can have a charge for a full 10 hours (wireless web). This is a one of the longest charges that I could find online. Another benefit is the lack of viruses that these computer can pick up. Not saying they are invisible to viruses but they are less likely to catch one unlike other computers like PC’s. Because windows (PC’s) powers most of the worlds desktop computers, so it is more vulnerable to a virus than an Apple product. Cons: Price (but you get what you pay for) Processor (2.7 GHz dual- core) The processor that the computer has dose make the devise run smoothly. But for the price that you are paying for it, it should be a higher GHz. Also Depending on how much money you want to spend, memory can be a big deal, ranging from 128 GB- 512 GB. As a college student most of the work I do is on my computer, whether it is writing papers or going online for and assignment. The macbook is perfect for both and is always reliable. It is easy to use and is a well rounded computer for all types of users.

Over the years I've purchased several laptops and found my Mac products outlast the others by far. It's lightweight, long battery use, compatible functions to export as MS formats and bold visual images.

Bought mac air,thought about it for a day,did not open the mac air, Got the pro,much faster,much better screen if you going to pay around $1000.00 dollars spend little more you will be very happy.
