I've always wanted a Mac, but could never justify the price.It's taking some getting used to the differences, but the stability and display resolution along with performance can't be beat.

My current laptop died after seven years so It was time for a replacement. I was using a Windows laptop but decided on a MacBook Pro this time around as I do a lot of photo and video work. With my work load it seems that with this MacBook Pro it just runs smoother. I bought this laptop rather than the newer MacBook Pro because of the ports and discounted price during the time I was looking.

This is the first MacBook I've had. I have had an iPhone for several years and decided on a MacBook when it was time to upgrade my laptop. This computer has been easy to setup, use and enjoy.

I've never had a Mac before and this is perfect for my college-life self! 7 tabs open, excel, word, iTunes and it runs like 1 tab is open. This computer doesn't touch PCs and I'll never go back.

I bought this laptop after reading some reviews. I purchased a laptop before this one and was not happy with it, and returned it. for only $200 more, i bought this one and am so glad i did.

This is my first Mac and I don't know why I waited so long to get onboard. Very stable, easier to use than I thought it would be. I do miss the numbers area on the right side of my old Laptop.

It had been awhile since we bought a new mac. This Macbook pro with retina display was perfect for what we were using it for - basic gaming, FB etc. However, there is one drawback - no optical drive. I had to buy a separate USB Apple optical drive so my we could watch our DVD's (gasp for old school technology). That is the only reason for my ranking of 4 stars in stead of 5 stars.

I bought this as a present for my daughter at my sister's recommendation. It's not as user friendly for someone who is used to the windows OS but my daughter loves it.

We had this apple MacBook pro about a year.. When it was stolen we ran out and bought the same thing. Always reliable no issues other then the thiefs seem to prefer stealing Apple laptops .

I mainly use this laptop when I'm not able to use my PC at home but it works just fine like you'd hope. Only complaint I can give about it is that when I'm typing long essays it seems to slow down a little, not too sure why. Other than that the battery life is amazing, think I can get 7-8 hours of battery life out of it which is awesome. Screen is amazing too. Can't really complain.

The computer is overall great! I only wish they still came with a DVD player even though I know by taking it away they also took away weight. It's a trade off I guess.

I had an '09 Macbook pro that finally needed replacing. I went to the apple store to get the newest macbook but after looking at it and reading reviews I decided to get the older version with regular ports and the magsafe. The touchbar although cool doesnt look like anything I would really use and the usb-c ports dont work with my home set up with out a ton of adapters. With no major speed improvements i saved several hundred dollars and went with this version. Its a macbook pro so its pretty great but you still pay a premium.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality and speed of my new Mac Pro. I had a Windows product and had continued difficulty with it. The Mac Pro is flawless and I am very happy with my purchase.

Excellent PC- we have years purchasing Apple products and we are impress with the performance of the products. Best Buy have in display Apple products and you can test it before purchase it.

I think this was the best purchase for me yet! I love the MacBook Pro... it has the speed I need and has beautiful resolution. It's a bit more expensive than others but well worth it!

The simplicity of this computer is what makes it a masterpiece. Best computer I have ever purchased. FileVault is the best feature that encrypts my drive making it easy to keep my files safe.

What out a doubt, Apple is the leader and provider of quality. The functions and screen clarity are second to none. Strongly recommend to all seeking performance and excellent results. AAAAA
