This is a great home computer plus it has the power to do a lot of more advance programs if needed. I many bought this model for the size as I wanted something portable and powerful.

This laptop is small and Fast I like using it was easy to set up

I got this laptop after my fairly new Windows PC was updated to Windows 10 and became an expensive paperweight. I honestly could not have asked for a better outcome out of a bad situation. The screen is amazing, the battery seems like it's endless, and the ease of setup and use is remarkable. Mix that in with the fact that the solid state drive makes everything lightning fast and I'm positive I will never go back to a Windows PC.

I upgraded my old MacBook Pro to this current one. It's like night and day! Love it and wouldn't go back to my old one. Works smoothly, beautiful screen and like the new charger chord.

This is my first MacBook, because I had previously purchased windows computers due to price. Without fail they developed problems and/or broke very quickly. I decided to go ahead and spend the extra money and get the computer I wanted and I honestly could not be happier. I love my MacBook Pro. It's super fast, lightweight, user friendly, and sturdy. I am confident that this computer will last through college and beyond.

I have been wanting a macbook pro for over 5 years now and finally convinced myself to actually get one. Although it is very pricey, it is well worth it. It makes doing anything on the computer 10x more enjoyable and 10x less frustrating. Now that I've experienced apple products, I just can't go back! They are great products and I'm hoping that this laptop will last me a long time.

Purchased this recently for my HS student son. His previous laptop was an HP and after less than a year, he was experiencing glitches. blue screens, fan problems, etc. After a few attempts to have HP repair it, finally decided to replace it with this Apple. A bit more expensive, but he LOVES it! Not being a real techie, I do not understand all its capabilities, but I can see obvious attention to details and craftsmanship I did not see in the HP/Toshiba products he owned before this one. Bottom line, I don't expect to have to replace this one next year...Happy son makes for a happy dad. Also pleased with Best Buy and the purchasing experience.

The Macbook pro retina display is a great laptop would recommend it to others, great laptop for students or personal use. Its nice small size laptop doesn't weight much fits perfect.

Being someone who loves technology and has only had Microsoft based computers, I was extremely skeptical purchasing the MacBook Pro. Boy, Am I glad that I made the switch. I haven't let this thing out of my sight since purchasing it. The battery life is phenomenal. I have absolutely no complaints. So far, everything is absolutely incredible. I am so glad to have made the switch.

Worth the extra money for the retina and so user friendly and compatible with other Apple products.. Glad I went with the Mac over getting an Asus. It does everything I need and more.

Compared to macbook 2014 there is not much difference except extra hour of battery life and new track pad. But this is my second mac and I love it because of its speed and being quit..

The laptop is very thin, but this creates some drawbacks as well. There is no built-in ethernet port. You have to buy an adapter to connect via wire. I know that most people connect wirelessly, but you sometimes want the speed of a wired connection. The display is very crisp. If you are accustomed to Apple computers then this product will not disappoint. It was easy to set up.

Excellent laptop and very reliable - has not crashed on me yet. While the gestures are intuitive, the actual flow of the OS X system takes a while to get used to since this is my first switch from PC. The screen is glorious, and the builtin sound card is a big step up from my Dell XPS 13 - I have stopped using my headphone amplifier since this actually sounds better without it.

This computer is great i love the graphics on it and its extremely fast. Battery life is great also last me through school and work. Its a little pricey but worth it in my opinion.

Easy to setup the computer. Email app was a breeze to set up with my .edu account. Love the OS. Battery lasts most all day of my use.

I bought this computer to replace my macbook. The speed on this macbook is so much faster- it is unbelievable! And it is lighter too.

Bought for son for college- he's gone through a couple of cheap pc's. Low storage but easily remedied with external hard drive. My 2 year old MacBook retina has been rock solid

This computer is far beyond what I ever thought it would be. Sleek. Small enough to carry around and yet replete with capabilities of a full-fledged desk top version. I had a MacBook Air prior to this but am much more pleased with this model. The retina display makes all visual aspects truly life like.....such enhanced beauty brought to a screen. I would purchase this computer again in a heart beat and truly recommend it to anyone.

PC user for decades and decided to make the switch to a Mac. Bit of a learning curve but overall very impressed with the speed and quality of the laptop. I am using it for watching movies, reading digital comics, books, web browsing. Never bogs down on me and does not get hot. Battery life is very good and I really like the integration with my iPhone as I can take calls and text right from my MacBook!

I appreciate the customer service Best Buy presented me with. They helped me to narrow down my decision between the Mac Book Air or the Pro. They made sure I knew of all the updates and how to work the computer. They offered me products to go along with my Pro to help protect it. Also since I am a student in college. They made sure to inform me of the deal they had going on, so that my purchase would be cheaper. The Apple Mac Book Pro 2015 edition is equipped and ready to work with as soon as it is taken out of the package. It's fast and easy to learn just as the guy who helped me at Best Buy mentioned. Thank you Best Buy and Apple!
