I have never had a MacBook but am an iPad and iPhone user. I was a little intimidated about this as I received it as a gift but everything is so user friendly. There is so many fun things that I learn daily. The one thing I am getting used to is that there are not "apps" like there is on the ipad and iphone so things I have apps for on my other devices I was looking for on the MacBook, forgetting that its just like any other laptop that wouldnt have apps for facebook or ebay etc. So small things like that I am getting used to but the great functionality has no comparison!! I love my MacBook!!

This is my second MacBook Pro. The other one lasted eight years. This one is so light and fast, I don't know why I waited so long. This size is great for traveling.

I would recommend apple for everyone. this product is small to be carried conveniently, has a great visual display, isn't too heavy, performs fast, and reliable.

This is not my first Mac but I cant believe how much faster, sleeker and beautiful this one is compared to the ones I have purchased in the past, Great job Apple.

The new design is lighter and the processor is much faster than my previous MacBook Pro. Apple is always finding ways to improve their products. Love this computer!

I love this laptop, it has a lot of battery life and is easy to use, however after a month of having it, the screen broke apparently there was a manufacture defect which Best Buy refused to help with, but Apple took good care of it! Other than that great laptop for any use.

Bought for my gf, and she says it is perfect for work, surfing the internet, storage, speed, and extremely easy to use.

This Macbook is awesome. The retina display is absolutely beautiful, watching netflix shows on it looks 10 times better than my tv. I bought this mostly for school but the processor and integrated graphics are good enough to play Starcraft II on which is nice, though it does tend to run a bit hot when playing for a while. A bit pricey as most Apple products are, but worth it in my opinion.

A nice lightweight MacBook Pro. The Retina display is like viewing a HD 4K TV. Very good battery life. Easily portable as I visit multiple locations on a daily basis to review, train and go over sales data with the managers. The MacBook makes it very quick to pull up the reports I need for my review.

Excellent product. Sleek design, sufficient memory. Crisp screen Cons: No DVD drive (but who uses DVD these days :) ?)

This laptop has exceeded my expectations. It is very fast and easy to navigate. I use it for my college classes and it is a perfect fit for my fast paced lifestyle.

I always wanted a Mac Book Pro and decided to take the plunge. I can honestly say that this is the absolute best computer that I've ever owned. I love the Retina display and the long battery life, plus it is lightweight. I also own an iPad, iPad and an iMac, so I can start working on one device and finish on another. I am proud to own this machine and recommend it to anyone.

lightning fast, small but big enough to suffice for all work/personal needs. Battery lasts for quite a long time, I do need to invest in an external disk drive.

The mac book is a little bit more then others but it is defintlly worth it, it works well for work and school, easy to carry around and battery life is great.

My laptop is so slim and light!!! I can take it anywhere and do my homework! So easy to navigate, my kids love it!

I have always loved Apple products especially their Macbook lineup. The only thing that had me nervous about purchasing this computer was the touchpad force touch that was added, I wasn't thrilled to have something altered that I used most on the laptops. I'm happy to say that it actually takes about 5 minutes to get used to and you can even turn it off if for some reason you don't like it. The performance is great and the screen resolution is awesome. If you're in need of a computer and you want something that links seamlessly with your other Apple products this is the computer for you.

Best buy had the best deal on this laptop. I am very glad I purchased it and recommend it to anyone. It is my first Mac and I'm glad I made the switch from PC.

Flawless. I like it better than air is way faster and before I underestimated display, retina gives blasting contrast . I bought open box item and saved too.
