Mac Book Pro

However, I wanted something with a faster processor and talked with a guy at work and he suggested a MacBook Pro. I am using it for online school and photography.

Misled by Geek Squad certified label

The trackpad on this mac was not working properly. More often than not, it required multiple taps to do something which otherwise works in one tap. I might as well have bought a mac off craigslist. Plus the overall physical condition of the product was apalling - again, BestBuy's claim of a "like new" product is a lie. Please see attached file for a major scratch mark I found. The product was not even cleaned before repacking. I had to spend an hour cleaning it because I had intended it to be a gift. BestBuy should just stick to selling new products.
