Laptop hard to get used to for Windows user
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product so that I could work easily with thousands of photos I have on memory cards and on my iphone. I found that there was not enough room on the hard drive for even a small fraction of my photos. I understand capacity limits. But I have not been able to move the photos from the external sources to the cloud through the laptop. I have not yet been able to find the time to take the laptop to an Apple store or Best Buy for guidance. I am finding it very difficult to maneuver around the Apple environment, as it is so different from Windows. I think I would need to take a full class in Apple to be able to operate this laptop efficiently. I give it a high rating because I think it is a good machine. The issue is with the operator who is fluent in Windows.
