Between Windows machine and this MacBook Pro, I noticed the Macbook Pro rarely freezes or crashes, which is a big plus for me. This says a lot about the workmanship and quality of apple products. I would have give 5 stars, but my only gripe is the bluetooth. When I close and reopen the notebook cover, it sometimes looses bluetooth connection with my bluetooth keyboard. I tried to re-establish bluetooth connection via the settings window, but it still will not pair. Only solution is restart the operating system, which will fix it.

This was my first Mac computer and I am so happy I bought it! Originally looking at a Dell or HP laptop but love how quick of a start up & shut down the MacBook has! A great purchase and investment as I am an IPhone user so it was easy to work with my phone as well!

I have been a PC user forever but I loved my iPhone so I decided it was time to make the change to a MacBook. I'm so very glad I finally made that leap!! I hate how a PC was so bad about constantly needing updates and dealing with viruses. So far this MacBook is a dream!!

So far, my Apple Pro has lived up to expectations. I was PARTICULARLY INCENTED to purchase by the in-house training classes. Instructor has been very helpful. Still learning.

I was told that a Mac would be hard to learn after using Microsoft for so long. They were wrong, this is a great computer and had I known what I know now I would have gotten a mac much sooner. Very easy to learn and use. They also offer classes at Best Buy on Sunday evenings.

I love my new computer however the best buy rep sold me the wrong adapter so i will have to come and buy another one. as well as when i came to get a quote of everything i wanted to buy they added the wrong carrier and when i made the purchase had to spend another $50 .

I love MacBooks, always have and always will. With that being said, this MacBook has a different charger than my boyfriends and it's so annoying that they can't share chargers in a two story house. I can only imagine how annoying this is for a larger family.

I really enjoy using the mac and all of it's new features and the battery life stands out as most other Laptops seem to drain quicker.

I was skeptical to spend so much on a Macbook, but it appears that I made the right choice. I do however wish that there was a quick tips and tricks sheet to go with the mac. There are so many different features that I am still discovering new things that I can do on my Mac.

I wanted to purchase a laptop that my Daughter will use for college. She has used it during the last few weeks of High School for her homework and projects. It has been great! She has a I phone and it was easy for her to transition to using the MAC! Very happy!

This is our third MacBook purchase over the last four years. We have one 15 inch and two 13 inch models. All work very well for the needs of a family of five. Paired with Microsoft's Office 365 and OneDrive makes these compatible with home use and business use.

I purchased this laptop for my son that is graduated high school early and I wanted a Laptop that would last him a good 4 years with no hardware issues and less risk of viruses. We went with Apple, yes it's much more money but you get your monies worth over time!!!

Have had my laptop for a year+, still performs solidly. can't go wrong with a Mac if even you do overpay for what you get.

Easy to use. Don't know why I hadn't bought it earlier. Feels good knowing I will not lose my data if anything happened to my computer.

I looked around a ton before purchasing my computer. I wanted to get the best product. I finally felt like I was ready to purchase and the Best Buy employees were more than helpful with explaining their current deals and wanted me to be happy. I ended up getting an open box item for a little cheaper and it has been working wonderfully. I am only giving this a 4/5 because I wish the computer I bought had more hard drive space, but using the cloud and a back up hard drive makes the space on the computer more than enough.

MacBooks are so great and last such a long time. It's almost going to be 4 years that I've had it and I've never really had a problem with it! So many things you can do, they are a pricy but I believe it's worth it!

I bought a mac because i was required to for nursing school and I'm glad i bought it because my previous one (dell touchscreen) had given me way too many problems. I have liked it so much that I just bought one for my sister that just started college and she loves it.

I have the Mac book pro 15" and I LOVE it so I bought a Mac book pro 13" for my wife. The operation is smooth and you don't have to worry about viruses. I have owned mine for 3 years and I have not had any problems. Apple is way ahead in the computer world.

I bought this for my daughter as she has wanted one for quite awhile. She said that she absolutely loves this and that it's perfect for her needs. I have never owned a Mac for myself but after this purchase I have decided that will be my next computer purchase.

This computer was exactly as expected haven't had any problems with it. Light enough to take anywhere and plenty of storage for all my photos and programs I used the buy online pick up in store feature and it went flawlessly and could not have been easier or quicker
