My daughter needed a new machine for college and we looked at both PC's and Macs. In the end, the Mac really was her clear choice and I have to agree it's very nice. I'm a PC user for 30 years but perhaps its time for me to change over as well.

I personally prefer this design than the new model. Great for school use, editing videos, browsing the internet etc.

The department manager and his team were excellent in helping me with this first time Mac purchase. Their excellent assistance was surpassed only by the product itself. Combined, I am only happy (and grateful) customer. Kudos to them both!!!

Was looking into buying a life long memory (gift) for my sister inlaw, as her old laptop went out I decided to buy her a MacBook Pro. I dearly love the machine and tells me all about the various features. She is truly happy with the product.

I love that it’s not as heavy since it doesn’t have a hard drive, and I can get cute case protectors for it.

I bought this computer for my husband to surf the web and use for work. He seems to like it and it does sync everything together. There is a learning curve and a financial debt but if it lasts for years upon years I suppos me it is worth it.

This laptop is great. It is very user friendly, thin, and does not overheat like some other brands. I am very pleased with this purchase, its capabilities, and would tell both friends and family about it. It is definitely worth the price.

I bought this laptop for school and I love it better than my hp laptop I had. You can't go wrong with mac products! This lap top is not the latest one but I like the extra ports that the newer models don't have anymore. Worth the money!

This is my first laptop in 5 years, but I previously owned a MacBook, still have an iPad Pro and iPhone so I wanted to stay on the family. Works great, won't ever not choose Apple.

I switched from a small 10 inch Surface to this MacBook Pro. The switch between the operating systems (Windows to MacOS) was an incredible change that works well as a college student. I had been reluctant to switch, but am happy that I did.

My daughter needed a laptop for her graphic Design classes she is taking as a freshman in college. The Apple computer has been excellent in providing her with the correct applications.

Easy to manage, excellent for traveling and fast. Very lightweight to carry it everywhere. Nice screen resolution.

It's an Apple computer if you familiar with them and their operating system they're awesome and if your PC guy well then you probably want to stay with the BC there's not a huge learning curve though if you'd like to swing over to the Appleside

The main decision I had to make was whether to purchase this computer at the Apple Store or at Best Buy. My reason for choosing Best Buy was due to the lower price as well as the non-pressure sales approach of the employee at Best Buy.

Considered other laptops and tablets primarily for work purposes, needing compatibility with MS software. All the others had some negative reviews. I finally gave in to my daughters' urgings and bought the Mac with MS software. Great product!

Simple enough for a beginner with not very much for laptop experience, but still does all an "expert" could ask

Not my first MacBook, so I knew it would be a solid, reliable laptop. Customer service at the store was exceptional! The entire process was a breeze and the sales were an added bonus! Absolutely recommend this Best Buy to everyone I know.

its great, its well worth the money & the experience of owning a mac is great, i ended up going with the 2015 model because the 2016 didnt have the basic ports i needed & i didnt want to carry a bunch of dongles around! but i love it!
